"There is a saying which states that blondes have more fun. Since going blonde I have got lots of attention from guys and girls, but after bleaching my hair I started to lose it from my hair line.
"I guess that it happens with most people when they bleach their hair but being myself, I always try to find a quick fix.
"Once the hair grows fully it will look like a female hairline, as that men of my age won't ever have a teenage hairline anymore."
But this was far from Alvez's most extreme procedure. As well as spending $29,000 on a fake six-pack, $13,000 on pec implants, and $4,000 on liposuction to his jaw, the Human Ken Doll also has future plans to further augment his body. "I [have] had a consultation to remove 6 of my ribs, which shall be happening soon," said Alvez. "I love to express myself with tailored outfits and I would like to have more of a classic figure." He also noted that any future alterations he chooses to make won't be to his exterior: "The kind of changes I’ll be undergoing from now on won’t be plastic surgery as such, but rather procedures that focus on my bones and structure." This is partly due to the fact that, because he's had so much work done, his "body can't handle lipo anymore". [[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BaeIxqBH3Jq/?taken-by=rodrigoalvesuk]] It's no surprise, either, considering that Alvez has been undergoing cosmetic surgical procedures since he was just 19 years old, and the list of operations he's had literally ranges from head to toe: "I have had a hair implant, a brow lift, eye lifts, my ears pinned back, cheeks redesigned, my jawline shaped, I’ve had cheek implants twice, the sides if my lips cut out in order to give me a bigger wider smile. I have had fillers injected into my shoulders, biceps, triceps, my abs – my six pack is purely plastic surgery." At this point, nobody can really tell when Alvez will stop with these surgeries, but one thing is for sure - it's not going to be any time soon.celebrity3 min(s) read
A plastic surgery fanatic, who has become somewhat of a public figure known as the “human Ken Doll”, looks unrecognizable in a recently resurfaced picture of him pre-procedures.
Justin Jedlica, 36, has spent an eye-watering $550,000 on medically manipulating his appearance over the last 15 years. He has had over 550 cosmetic procedures and does not plan to slow down anytime soon.
The most recent three include removing implants he had in his latissimus (shoulder blades), replacing them with slightly less dramatic ones, and removing a vein from his forehead.
Explaining his obsession, the Los Angeles native told The Sun: “For me, I look at this as being an art form.
“With my implant design and body modifications, it’s much more about making myself exceptionally different from anyone else."
Unsurprisingly, Justin looked completely different before he went under the knife for the first time well over a decade ago. A photo of the reality TV personality turned influencer from high school shows what he naturally looked like.
Despite looking completely unrecognizable and rather plastic, Justin has no desire to stop anytime soon. In fact, he even credits his extreme look to his professional success.
He proudly said: “I never thought I would be able to live in West Hollywood in a multimillion-dollar home.
"I attribute a lot of that to the confidence and self-esteem that I got from plastic surgery.
“I chose to look a specific way and it may not be the way everybody else thinks is typically beautiful. But I find it beautiful and that’s really all that matters at the end of the day.”
Justin is even classified as a plastic surgery pioneer of sorts, as he was the first person in the world to have a major back augmentation, and even designed the implants himself.
Describing the process, he said: “I conceptualized the surgery. I designed the implants. Everything healed well; it just ended up being a little bit big.”
Being the first of its kind, the procedure will not be straightforward as it involves making an implant using five different samples from two companies, and the old implants need to be removed first.
Justin explained: "That means they have to make a cut underneath in my armpit.
“The doctor won’t be able to just take them out like a normal implant because they are so large and they are actually hook-shaped."

Over the last few years, 36-year-old Rodrigo Alves has been on a quest to transform himself into the most beautiful version of himself. His seemingly unrelenting desire to change his look and go under the knife earned him the nickname, 'The Human Ken Doll'.
But earlier this year, Alves, of São Paulo, Brazil, revealed in an interview with the MailOnline that he didn't think his body could handle any more surgery. He made the following comments back in March after undergoing yet another surgery for the "perfect" chin:
"I hope that this was my last surgery my body just can’t take it anymore. I just can’t help the fact that I had an infection which deformed my chin. Yesterday was my first day out and about after having the OP on Saturday. My face is very swollen still, I am struggling to eat and to drink. Liquid just goes everywhere."
Will Alves' quest for the perfect body ever end?

(That being said, he also claimed to be done with plastic surgery "for a few years" after undergoing his 11th rhinoplasty a month prior.)
But here we are, less than eight months later, and Alves is back on our screens and undergoing what could be his most daring surgery to date.
Taking part in a German TV documentary, Roddy, the 36-year-old has undergone a procedure that has seen his infamous 'fake six-pack' removed and inserted into his backside - resulting in a peachier posterior.

Speaking to the MailOnline, Alves revealed: "Eight years ago I had a procedure done in Brazil called Abdominal Etching, which gives me the fake six-pack. As much as people thought that it was amazing I don't think that it passed on the right message since I didn’t work out for it I just paid for it.
"Also, the six-pack didn’t match the rest of my body and started to look a bit silly!"

His words, not mine. Recalling the procedure, Alves detailed just how his surgeon - Dr Serkan Balta - was able to sculpt a new butt: "In order to erase the six-pack, Dr Serkan Balta from Comfort Zone Istanbul performed a five-hour liposuction removing the six-pack and 3/5 liters worth of fat from my belly and back.

"I see all my plastic surgeries as an evolution of me as a person! I never wanted to look like a Ken Doll or to be a Ken Doll. I just wanted to be unique and to show the world that in life anything is possible.
"Also, I wanted to show people that we don’t have to live forever with a look that we were born with and feel unhappy about for the rest of our lives."
Rodrigo has even had some of his RIBS removed:

But now that the reality star is closer to 40 than 30, he is starting the reevaluate his life, and the many surgeries he has endured over the years. Alves - who underwent his first plastic surgery at the age of 17 -stated:
"At the age that I am now, 36, I see the world differently. I am still changing - not just aesthetically but inside."

Rodrigo Alves is at it again. The 35-year-old model and reality TV star, better known as the Human Ken Doll, has had yet more surgery in order to change up his appearance - this time to correct some previous work he'd had done.
And it ain't pretty.
In a series of images, Alves shared the aftermath of a five-hour face reduction surgery, during which he had five cm (two inches) of skin plus 200 threads and fibrosis - the scarring of connective tissue - removed. The process should lessen the swollen appearance he has become so known for.
"Hi everyone I've just woken up, feeling quite drowsy," he posted on social media earlier this week. "The surgery went great, the doctors were able to reduce the size of my face."
The operation, which went ahead in Iran, was supposedly performed in order to prepare Alves for two other surgeries: a replacement for his silicone chin implant, which was performed on Tuesday, plus a nose job - his 11th, amazingly - which is due to take place today.
The Human Ken Doll warned against the use of threadlifts - dissolvable threads which make the face tighter by stimulating collagen production - saying that the procedure had made his skin too firm.
"I had a lot of fibrosis due to threadlifts and my skin was hard," he said.
This may have had something to do with how many threadlifts Alves has undergone, however, as he has reportedly had more than 700 threads injected into his face over the past three years - the last procedure taking place just four months ago.
The surgery clearly isn't an instant fix, though, as this is how the social media sensation looked shortly afterwards:
This operation and the following two were apparently part of Alves' "New Year, new face" resolution.
"I noticed my face was naturally starting to change - my lips were getting lower, my eyes, nose and cheeks were dropping," he revealed.
"On New Year's Eve I looked at myself and thought 'New year, new face' and booked the surgeries. But when surgeons opened up my face it was full of fibrosis that they had to remove, it took so long that they couldn't replace my silicone chin implant. It took them five hours for a revision face, eye and lip lift, and to remove all of the fibrosis and 200 threads inside my face.
"It was quite shocking as they are very good doctors, Iran is very big in facial plastic surgery and their standards are very high here."
So high are the standards, in fact, that the doctors allowed Alves to keep a little bit of his skin in a jar after. Nice.

As well as these latest surgeries being for aesthetic purposes, they're also for Alves' wellbeing. The nose surgery, in particular, is necessary for the social media star to be able to breathe normally again - but the procedure comes with its own risks.
"My surgeon guaranteed he can fix my breathing, so finally I will be able to breathe again but there is a risk that my skin will not tolerate the surgery," he explained. "If necrolysis develops it could mean I will lose my nose, so I am on antibiotics and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to reduce the risk of that. There is definitely a risk of necrolysis but there are ways to reduce that and I will defeat it if it happens."
Despite the obvious dangers associated with his surgeries, then, it seems obvious that Rodrigo Alves has no intention of stopping. How much further can his obsession go? Well, if his blasé attitude towards skin necrolysis is anything to go by, probably pretty far indeed.
