A 73-year-old woman has taken to social media to hit back at trolls who criticized her choice of swimwear.
Taking to TikTok, Colleen Heidemann posted a video about body positivity after she received some negative comments about wearing swimsuits on her account.
The sexy senior usually uses her platform to spread positive messages to her 319,000 followers, showing us that age really is a number when it comes to following your dreams and wearing whatever you want to wear.
While this video does follow her usual content style, it also addresses the haters that have been trying to take away her confidence when it comes to her body - and let's just say Heidemann's not having any of it.
Watch the full video below:The 22-second clip shows a montage of photos of the 73-year-old skipping down a hallway in a skintight pair of leggings before donning an array of gorgeous swimsuits.
From ones that offer coverage from the neck to the ankle to skimpier styles with cutouts and embellishments, Heidemann showed off all the looks that make her feel like a million dollars, in the hopes that it will empower other women to embrace their bodies too.
"'This swimwear is not age appropriate,' is what they say," she writes at the start of the post. "I say: Wear what makes you feel good!"
"Every body is a swimsuit body," she concluded, and people were loving it!
"Queen. I am literally speechless every time I see you on here. I hope one day I have that amount of confidence and self-love," commented one user to which Heidemann replied: "What a most wonderful thing to say, thank you."
"You look amazing!!", praised another user. "Keep wearing what you love!"
A third commented that they "love that kind of positivity," to which the model responded emphasizing that it's important to find "something positive in each day."
Others stated that they wanted to be like Heidemann right now, as opposed to just when they were older.
As Heidemann shows, there's no right or wrong age to wear any item of clothing if it makes you feel good - and the secret to looking this good is having the confidence to rock every single look.
In some of her other videos, Heidemann spreads a similar empowering sentiment, giving us an insight into what it's like to be an older model.
From BTS videos showing her posing for photoshoots to giving her fans product reviews, the senior model has it all going on right now, and it's truly wonderful to see.
You go, girl!

A 76-year-old woman has responded to those who told her to "dress her age" as she models a figure-hugging swimsuit.
Aging is something that nobody can run from, and although different things can be done to slow, or mask the process, time is inevitable.
Nobody should be judged for it, but sadly, this is something that Candace Leslie Cima has experienced as she shares her life on TikTok.
Going by the handle @lifeinmy70s, Candace's account dubs the bio: "Ageing is Changing. Exercise, Fashion & Lifestyle at 76."
Candace is without a doubt one of the most fashionable 76-year-olds around, and her 96,000 followers absolutely love her videos as she shows off her style.
Sadly, one or two trolls find their way onto her videos and they share some unkind comments, including some saying that Candance should "dress her age"... whatever that means.
Sharing a defiant clip last year, Candace quoted a comment which read: "You're 60, you shouldn't wear that."
The caption read: "Fashion is for everyone! Reinventing yourself as you age isn’t changing who you are, it just means finding things that work with who you are now."
Dressed in a white sleeveless top and pale blue trousers, Candace gave a twirl to the camera before walking off as the text read: "I'm actually 75."
People absolutely loved this clap back, as one person wrote: "She slayed and she knows it," with a second adding: "IM SHOOK you look amazing!"
Despite this defiance, it seems that the trolls still didn't get the memo, so the 76-year-old posted a video of herself wearing a black figure-hugging swimsuit, and it was enough to silence the critics.
Strutting towards the camera, it's incredibly hard to argue that Candace looks absolutely incredible and anyone that disagrees is just jealous.
"Mini Key Largo Vlog", the TikToker wrote over her video, while the caption read: "I have been loving the sunshine here!"
I'm fairly sure the sunshine loves Candace too, as it looked like she had an amazing time on vacation and probably turned many heads while she was there.
One person summed up the video very eloquently, writing: "You are the definition of aging gracefully, such an inspiration!"
I truly have no idea what the internet trolls are on about because if I look as good as Candace when I'm 76, I would be incredibly happy.

A woman has sparked a debate on social media with her "inappropriate" choice of swimwear.
While many defended her swimsuit, others - particularly angry parents - slammed it for being an overly risqué piece to wear to a waterpark.
TikTok user Kim Stram (@kstram83) started the debate by posting a clip of the woman on her TikTok. In the clip, kids and families can be seen enjoying a busy waterpark swimming pool.
It's not known if Kim recorded the video or where it was captured, but the footage focuses on one swimmer in particular: a woman wearing a flesh-colored, G-string swimsuit. In overlay text, Kim questions the skimpy swimwear choice, asking her followers: "Is this appropriate for a family water park or not?"
Take a look and decide for yourself:She captioned the video: "Thoughts!! I don’t think its appropriate there’s kids all around her, but she looks great!"
Since being posted last week, the clip has racked up over 4 million views and thousands of comments from people weighing in on the debate.
Many leaped to the woman's defense, saying that children wouldn't notice or care what the woman was wearing - and that the only reason adults might is out of jealousy.
"Kids ain’t worried about that. They just having fun in the water," one wrote, while another agreed: "Children don't care or sexualize."
A third chimed in: "The kids don't care, the women are just concerned their husbands are looking," and a fourth questioned: "Is it appropriate to record someone in a bathing suit without them noticing?"
However, others argued that while the swimsuit looked great, it should have been reserved for a different occasion.
"That’s too much. Time and place. I wear stuff like that but I wouldn’t wear it there out of respect for others," one person commented. Another agreed: "This is something I would wear to work lol ( the club) and no I wouldn’t wear it to a family water park."
A third pointed out that if it had been a man wearing a revealing swimsuit, people wouldn't have been so accepting. "Everyone supportive yet if a man wore a skin-tight speedo with kids eye level to it they would be mad as hell," they wrote.
What do you think of the woman's choice of swimwear? Let us know in the comments.

Veteran supermodel and actress Cindy Crawford, 53, has been body-shamed after posting a picture of herself in a bikini.
Despite having just as incredible of a figure as she had in her modelling days, after posting a picture of herself in a bikini to Instagram on Wednesday, trolls took umbrage with the fact that Crawford, as an older woman, was willing to show off her body.
Crawford posted a sparkling emoji, alongside the picture with the caption: "A little bit of lake light."

Now, bearing in mind that we live in the era of body positivity, where people, regardless of shape, size or age are encouraged to love the skin they are in, trolls decided to post their small-minded views in the comments section.
"You are old now. I don't think you are living in reality," wrote one commenter. "Men do not foam at the mouth at 55-year-old women. Trust me."
Another added alongside a cringing emoji: "Getting a little old for this..."
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/B0bZ7WSlEL-/]]
Thankfully, the trolls were mostly drowned out by fans of the 53-year-old, who praised Crawford for still having the confidence to pose in a bikini at 53 - with some people of a similar age wishing that they had such an enviable figure.
"There are negative comments about this picture????" wrote one confused user. "Must be a jealous bunch!"
"Go Cindy... they're jealous," another added. "I am 80 now but when I was 56 I wore bikinis when I swam in Greece but I did not look as good as you... YOU ROCK."
A day after Crawford shared the snap, her 17-year-old daughter, Kaia Gerber, followed suit, posting a dazzling snap of herself sunbathing to Instagram.

Just like her mother, Gerber has launched a successful modelling career and is currently signed with DNA Models.

An ex-model has hit back at ageist trolls on Instagram after they shamed her for posting bikini snaps.
Former supermodel Paulina Porizkova took to the social media platform to call out another user for calling her "old and ugly" in the comments section.
"I've always thought that getting old and ugly is hardest on the pretty people," the troll wrote in their bizarre, ageist comment, adding: "We all get old and ugly..."
Suffice to say, the comment didn't go down well with Porizkova, who reposted a screenshot of it alongside a gorgeous pic of her in a bikini and a lengthy caption.
She began by explaining that she'd felt the need to call the commenter out because their words were "echoing a few others", saying: "I get comments like these every time I post a photo of my body."
Porizkova went on to slam the criticism as ageist and called out what she felt was a double standard. "This is ageist shaming that sets my teeth on edge. Older men are distinguished, older women are ugly," she said.
She then explained that just because someone isn't pretty doesn't mean they can't still be beautiful. "People who believe prettiness equals beauty do not understand beauty. Pretty is easy on the eyes, partly because it’s a little bland, inoffensive. It’s easy to take in and easy to forget. Not so beauty. Beauty can be sharp. It can wound you and leave a scar," the former model explained.
"This is why I believe we get more beautiful with age. We have earned our beauty, we understand what it is, and we can see it so much better. There is no such thing as ugly and old. Only shortsighted and ignorant," she added.
Porizkova rounded off her post with a postscript, writing: "PS. I’m not posting this because I feel bad and need sympathy- quite on the contrary! I’m posting this because this is a pervasive sentiment that needs to be done away with. So we can be proud of ageing, as we deserve to be!"
Unsurprisingly, Porizkova's followers were quick to jump to her defense.
"Dang woman you are strong to repost that hateful fool's post . I’m loving it. You have not fallen from anywhere. If that’s ugly I want to be ugly," one wrote. Another agreed, commenting: "If this is OLD & UGLY, sign me up!!"
A third added: "It’s only ugly to denigrate someone for feeling beautiful."
