Last weekend, yet another incident took place on a flight, this time from India to England. One woman, who claimed to be an "international criminal lawyer," went on a rant full of expletives which many are labelling as racist. Her outburst, which took place on an Air India flight from Mumbai to London on Saturday, was recorded by another passenger on the flight, who then shared the video across Twitter.

The incident allegedly began after the woman was refused another glass of wine, due to her already being intoxicated. From there the woman insulted the staff and threatened them with legal action. Not only did she verbally berate the flight attendants, but apparently also got into some sort of physical altercation with them one they refused her any more alcohol.

A video of the rant was uploaded to Twitter by journalist Tarun Shukla, who also shared a photo of one of the staff, who seems to have suffered a bruised arm during the dispute.

"Irish lady behaves in such an abusive, racist way with @airindiain crew for being refused extra drinks," he wrote. "Very decent AI crew behaviour. Arrested on landing. Wonder if she should have been controlled onboard with handcuffs."

The intoxicated woman asks the flight crew whether they "treat all business class passengers like this?" before claiming that she would have been given exactly what she wanted if she were a "rich Indian f**king money-grabbing b**tard."

In the video, the woman can be heard saying:

"I am a f***ing international lawyer.

"I work for all you f***ing people... The f***ing Rohingyas, the f***ing people of all Asia, for you, an international criminal lawyer.

"Don't get any money for it by the way. But you won't give me a glass of wine, is that correct?"

The lawyer also claims to be working for "the Palestinian people," before going on to threaten the staff - by having them shot by the Irish Republican Army, before launching into far worse language.

The Sun spoke to one of the passengers, who told them:

"The woman was seated on her seat 1-J. After gulping down few glasses of wine she went to the lavatory and burnt a smoke but unfortunately, the smoke detector didn’t set off.

"She came back to her seat and gulped down some more bottle of wine and asked for more when the flight attendant refused her demands.

"She threatened the attendant and pushed the trolley. It was then she turned unruly towards the flight attendant and started with the verbal spat."

A statement was later issued from the Metropolitan Police, who explained that a 50-year-old woman was arrested after the flight had landed in Heathrow. "She was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated public order, common assault and drunk and disorderly and taken to a west London police station," the statement read."She was subsequently released under investigation."

Air India is yet to release a statement at this time.
