Tyson Fury didn’t hold back as he took to the microphone at his daughter’s headline-grabbing wedding, and his speech had people talking.
The Gypsy King was front and centre on Saturday as his 16-year-old daughter, Venezuela Fury, married Noah Price in what’s being dubbed the “royal wedding” of the year.
The lavish ceremony took place at the Victorian Royal Chapel of St John’s on the Isle of Man, complete with a Netflix crew filming it all for At Home with the Furys.
And while the event looked straight out of a fairytale, Tyson made it clear he had his doubts.
In viral TikTok clips, as reported by LadBible, the boxing star addressed guests after celebrations, saying: “I’ve had a f**king very good time, excuse me French.”
He then turned his attention to the newlyweds and admitted: “Venezuela and Noah, I told you, you shouldn’t have done it, didn’t I? But now you’ve done it, you’ve done it.”
But in true Fury fashion, he quickly switched gears with a joke, adding: “I hope yous have 45 healthy children and a long life and happiness.”
The heavyweight champ also got sentimental, comparing their marriage to his own with wife Paris: “If you're anything like me and my wife, we're best friends and soulmates. So, been together all our lives nearly, more than we've not been together. So you'll be like us. So good night, God bless you all.”
Earlier in the day, Tyson had walked Venezuela down the aisle, both wearing black sunglasses as Biggie’s ‘Juicy’ played through the chapel.
The bride stunned in a lace fishtail gown with an enormous train, but in a very Gen Z twist, she wore white Crocs underneath. She was also joined by a huge bridal party of 18 bridesmaids.
After the ceremony, Tyson summed it up simply, telling MailOnline: “It was beautiful. She’s no longer a Fury.”
But not all the family were there to celebrate.
Tyson’s dad, John, was noticeably absent, and reports suggest a family rift may be behind it, with the patriarch vocally scathing of his son in recent comments.
Tyson had previously voiced strong concerns about the relationship, saying: “They're children! I don't think she's mature enough for anything like - she's still a baby. On my watch a 15-year-old should never have a boyfriend, never.”
The relationship itself has also raised eyebrows. Venezuela previously revealed that Noah first messaged her on Instagram when she was just 14.
They officially became a couple when she was 15, and after an on-and-off year together, Noah proposed.
Speaking about the moment, Venezuela said: “I was very shocked. It all came as a huge surprise. I wasn’t overly emotional because I was so surprised and I was very nervous, as I realised a lot of people were watching me.”
She added: “It was a very exciting moment, though, probably one of the best of my life. But I would have been content if he had asked me to marry him anywhere. I didn’t care about the ‘big proposal’, but I am very happy.”
