T&Cs for Wilderness x Twisted Giveaway

Promoter: Jungle Creations Limited (publisher of Four Nine), 6 Batty St, London E1 1RH (“Four Nine”).

By participating in Wilderness X Four Nine’s "Giveaway" prize draw (the "Prize Draw"), you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). These terms apply to your participation in the Prize Draw so please read them carefully before taking part.

Eligibility

Entry to the Prize Draw is open to all individuals who are:

• UK residents;
• Aged 18 and over; and
• Registered users of a valid Instagram account,

at time of entry into the Prize Draw, except employees of Wilderness, Four Nine or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Four Nine reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and compliance with these Terms. Four Nine may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

Entry Requirements

• Internet access, an Instagram account set to public (to permit direct messages from Four Nine), and an email address are required to enter.
• Entry into the Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
• Use of Instagram shall be governed by the Meta standard terms and conditions: https://www.meta.com/gb/legal/supplemental-terms-of-service/

Promotional Period

• The promotional period runs from 15:00 on 17.07.2025 to 23:59 on 21.07.2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

How to Enter

At the start of the Promotional Period, Four Nine will post a "call to action" feed post on its Instagram page (@Four Nine) promoting the Prize Draw (the "Feed Post").

To enter:

• Log into your Instagram account;
• Follow @Four Nine and @wildernesshq;
• "Like" the Feed Post;
• Tag a friend (or friends) in the comments section—each comment (regardless of how many tags) counts as one entry;
• Enter within the Promotional Period. Entries made after this time will not be valid.

The instructions provided in the “Feed Post” form part of the Terms of this Prize Draw. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence.

Invalid Entries

Entries will not be accepted if they are:

• Delivered late;
• Illegible, incomplete, delayed, or lost;
• Made by agents, third parties, organised groups or via duplication methods;
• Removed, filtered, or hidden due to account issues or Instagram failure.

Four Nine may disqualify any participant suspected of non-compliance or attempting to distort the spirit of the Prize Draw, including tampering.

Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Instagram.
• The winner must claim their prize within 5 days of notification, or it may be offered to an alternate winner.

Four Nine will:

• Reply to the winner's comment asking them to check messages;
• Send a private message;
• Announce the win via Instagram stories.

The winner must provide their name, telephone number, and email address. Prize details will be sent using this information.

Participants are responsible for checking their Instagram accounts/messages.

The Prize

The winner will receive:

Note: All other attendance means, including transport and accommodation, are the winner’s responsibility.

Prize Terms

• The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable;
• Must not be sold or advertised for sale (online or elsewhere);
• No cash or alternative prize is available;
• Four Nine may substitute the prize with another of equal value if required;
• The winner must be aged 18 or over;
• All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time;
• The Prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• If the winner cannot use part of the Prize, it is forfeited;
• The winner must adhere to any additional T&Cs provided;
• The winner agrees to participate in promotional activity, including a social media post revealing the win.

Four Nine is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit, or any additional expenses incurred during use of the Prize.

The winner agrees that Four Nine and its affiliates are not liable for Prize use, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by negligence or where the law prevents limitation of liability.

The winner may be asked to provide government-issued ID. If under 18, the Prize is forfeited.

General

• Four Nine’s decision is final—no correspondence will be entered into.
• Four Nine may delay, cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any time.

Data & Privacy

• The surname and county of the winner will be available upon request for one month after claiming by emailing [email protected].
• The winner may object to the disclosure by emailing the same address.
• Disclosure will still be made to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

By entering, participants agree their personal data will be used solely for Prize Draw administration, in accordance with Four Nine’s Privacy Notice.

Legal

• The Prize Draw and Terms are governed by English law.
• Disputes may be brought in the English Courts (or, for consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland, their local courts).

Participants acknowledge Meta has no liability, and fully release Meta from any claims. This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta. Information is being provided to Four Nine, not Meta.
