Joe Jonas has reportedly filed to dismiss his Miami divorce case against estranged wife Sophie Turner.
The news comes after it was revealed last month that the celebrity couple had opted to call it quits after tying the knot in Las Vegas back in 2019.
Following news of their separation, both Jonas and Turner released a joint statement to social media, informing fans that they had agreed to "amicably end [their] marriage".
"There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children," the statement added.

However, despite describing the separation as "amicable", the reports that followed painted a different story. Following the announcement, sources claimed that the now-exes split because they clashed over their "very different lifestyles" - alleging that Turner "likes to party" while Jonas "likes to stay at home".
Then TMZ reported that the 'Sucker' singer sought a divorce after reportedly catching Turner on a Ring doorbell cam - with a source later telling Us Weekly that it was the "final straw".
Further disputes reportedly erupted over the living arrangements of the couple's two daughters - Willa, three, and Delphine, one - with Turner submitting legal filings accusing Jonas of the "wrongful retention" of their children, which started "on or about" September 20, invoking the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

Fortunately, Page Six has now reported that agreements have been reached regarding the custody of the former couple's children - with both parties reportedly reaching "various agreements" and aiming to "pursue an amicable resolution of all issues", the outlet states.
As a result of the agreements, Jonas has filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution in Miami - allowing for he and Turner to continue to settle their divorce in private.
Regarding the childcare arrangements, they've reportedly settled on alternating two-week intervals until January 7, 2024. This structured arrangement ensures both daughters will enjoy Thanksgiving with Jonas and Christmas with Turner. Moreover, the young children will divide their time between the US and the UK, allowing them exposure to both cultures.

From October 9 to 21, Turner has been granted permission to take the kids back to the UK, as per documents sourced by Page Six and TMZ. Once her 12-day period concludes, Jonas will step in, eventually handing them back to Turner on November 2.
The couple released a joint statement to PEOPLE, highlighting their commitment to co-parenting: "After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents."
