Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey have confirmed the happy news that the two of them are expecting their first baby together.

The 'Baby' singer, 30, took to Instagram to share a sweet video and series of photos of him and Hailey, 27, cradling her growing bump as they confirmed their family is growing.

The couple, who have been married since 2018, appeared to also have a vow renewal ceremony, as Hailey donned a white lace gown as they stood in front of a priest.

Justin and Hailey first met in 2009 when Hailey's father Stephen Baldwin introduced the two at the premiere of Justin's documentary Never Say Never.

They did not get together romantically until 2016, following Justin's split from Selena Gomez, and the pair were married just two years later.

They have both spoken about their desire to start a family one day, with Hailey telling the Sunday Times in May 2023: "I want kids so bad but I get scared. It's enough that people say things about my husband or my friends, I can't imagine having to confront people saying things about a child.

"We can only do the best we can to raise them. As long as they feel loved and safe."

The Rhode skincare founder and model admitted earlier in the year that she and Justin would like to start trying for a baby "in the next couple of years", telling WSJ: "You don't know how long that process [of getting pregnant] is every going to take. Definitely no kids this year, that would be a little hectic, I think.

"There's this thing that happens for women when you get married. Everybody assumes it's: 'First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby.'

"Well, what about the things I want to accomplish in my business? I think I had it ingrained in my head that I was going to want to have kids right away and I was going to have kids super, super young. Then I turned 25 and I'm like, I'm still super, super young!"

She told ELLE back in 2021 that she and Justin were always on the same page about starting a family, explaining: "We always knew that we were aligned on what we wanted in our future.

"We had talked about wanting to be married young and having a family young and building a life. Even before we knew we wanted to be with each other."

Massive congratulations to the mom- and dad-to-be!
