The 30-year-old Canadian star sparked concern when pictures of him walking around New York went viral on social media.

According to the Daily Mail, Bieber appeared haggard and hollow-eyed in the images, prompting many fans to question his well-being.

“Oh no he looks beat to hell what happened,” one person wrote, while another said: “Fame did a number on him. My heart goes out to him. He never really had a chance at any sense of normalcy.”

"Bro needs help tbh this ain't the star we knew," a third commented, while a fourth remarked: "No he’s genuinely going through it, I’ve said that for months. It’s so sad."

With speculation running wild, the 'Baby' hitmaker's team has quickly hit back at the allegations with a statement to TMZ.

“The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true,” the representative stated, emphasizing that Bieber is actually “in one of the best places in his life".

The 'What Do You Mean' star, who welcomed his first child, Jack Blues, with Hailey Bieber in August 2024, is reportedly focusing on both fatherhood and new music.

The rep also noted that the singer has undergone a “very transformative” year, severing ties with certain friends and business relationships that “no longer serve him".

The ongoing rumors, they added, are “exhausting and pitiful” and reflect a relentless effort by some to push “negative, salacious, harmful narratives” despite the truth.

The 'Never Say Never' musician has been candid about his health challenges in the past.

Back in 2020, he revealed his Lyme disease diagnosis and explained how the illness had affected his energy levels, skin, and brain function.

At the time, Bieber took to Instagram to shut down drug rumors, writing: “They failed to realize I've been recently diagnosed with Lyme disease, not only that but had a serious case of chronic mono which affected my skin, brain function, energy, and overall health,” cited by Reuters.

He concluded his post by assuring fans that he was getting the “right treatment” and vowed to come back “better than ever.”

Despite the persistent rumors, Bieber appears to be prioritizing his health, family, and music.
