Alex Jones makes huge claim about Donald Trump's health after recognizing two significant symptoms
Alex Jones has made a huge claim about Donald Trump's health after pointing out two symptoms.
On a recent episode of The Alex Jones Show, the 52-year-old questioned the president's ability to continue as a political figure.
He suggested that the 79-year-old may be in "free fall" and compared his current state to his late grandfather’s decline due to dementia.
Jones' Concerns Over Cognitive and Physical Health
On the show, Jones alleged that Trump’s mental and physical health were deteriorating, saying the 47th brain "is not doing too hot".
He also pointed to the swelling around Trump’s ankles, which he suggested could be a sign of heart failure.
"He’s gone. And that’s it,” Jones said. "And all the people rallied around him, you can see, Hegseth’s freaked out...You can see, the press secretary’s freaked out."
"They’re being loyal...They think it’s a lesser of two evils. And I, okay, but I just…Trump needs intervention. He needs to take some time off," he added.
The White House Responds
In response to Jones’ claims, the White House denied any suggestions of cognitive or physical decline in the president.
Spokesperson Davis Ingle issued a statement, which read: "This is a complete b******t story that’s being desperately told to boost podcast views," per The Independent.
"The truth is that President Trump is the sharpest and most accessible President in American history who is working nonstop to solve problems and deliver on his promises, and he remains in excellent health," he added.
Jones Doubles Down on Criticism
This isn't the first time the InfoWars founder has critiqued Trump’s performance as the leader of the country.
He previously spoke about the president's handling of the release of the Epstein files and his foreign policy decisions, particularly regarding Iran.
On his show, the host referenced a recent poll from the University of Massachusetts Amherst showing that Trump’s approval rating had dropped to just 33 percent.
Jones suggested that Republicans, especially those who had supported Trump in the past, should distance themselves from the president, stating: "We are real America firsters, we liked Trump of the past, we’re sorry he’s obviously had an aneurysm or something or a stroke."
Cognitive Test Controversy
Trump’s health concerns also come amid reports that he has taken a cognitive test three times.
During a cabinet meeting, he proudly declared: "I took it three times. It's actually a very hard test for a lot of people. It wasn't hard for me...It starts off with an easy question and by the time you get to the middle it gets tougher - mathematical equations and things. I aced it all three times, in front of numerous doctors."
"I was told when I went in... 'Well, if you take it... and you do badly, it's probably going to get out...' One doctor said, 'I've never seen anybody get them all right, I've been doing the test for twenty years,'" he added.
Many online commentators questioned why he took the text multiple tests. One user quipped: "Seriously, if you have to have him take multiple tests, isn’t that your answer right there whether he’s cognitively impaired?"
