Cardi B's estranged husband Offset pulled out all the stops to impress his former partner on her 28th birthday, and while she was impressed with his elaborate gift, her fans weren't so keen on it.
The 'WAP' singer discovered what her estranged husband had done when she drove up to Los Angeles' Sunset Strip and saw a giant billboard of herself and her daughter that was accompanied by a sweet birthday message.
"Oh my goodness, Oh my God!" the rapper repeatedly said in a clip posted to Instagram as she celebrated her 28th birthday.

The giant, bubblegum pink advertisement featured a picture of Cardi B and her two-year-old daughter Kulture, who she shares with Offset. The billboard read: "Happy Birthday Mommy, love Kulture".
The 'WAP' singer seemed particularly impressed with the gift when it was unveiled on Instagram and responded to Offset by writing: "Thank you sir, I love it," alongside four smirking emojis.
The elaborate gift comes just weeks after Cardi B announced that she had walked out on her husband, whom she was shortly due to celebrate her third wedding anniversary with.

However, instead of seeing the gift as a sweet gesture, Cardi B's fans warned the now 28-year-old not to be too impressed and take offset back as it has previously been revealed that he cheated on her multiple times.
One fan wrote alongside a skull and crying emojis: "Cardi don't fall for it cause I know libras love hard cause I'm one [sic]."
A second added: "you better not take him back either!"
Meanwhile, a third warned: "Don't fall for it," alongside three despairing emoji.
Explaining her reasoning for the split, per the Mirror, Cardi B said: "I didn't wait until he cheated on me again. I didn't wait [for] another controversy with him being involved. I decided to leave. If I wanted to stay, I could have stayed. I decided to leave."
The 'Bodack Yellow' hitmaker filed for divorce on September 16.
