An adult film actress has revealed the three things men should avoid doing in the bedroom.
Alix Lynx, 37, has spent around 15 years in the adult industry, having ventured from professional shoots to creating her own OnlyFans content.
Real name Leah Rockwell Reid Breyette, she has managed to rake in five figures per month on average through work, while also remaining fairly open about sex with fans.
Away from the camera, she has accumulated hundreds of thousands of views with her sexual admissions, such as the bedroom mistakes that drive her up the wall.
Lynx has also spoken about her regrets when it comes to the cosmetic work that she's had done over the years, leaving no stone unturned.
Now, she has highlighted the three most common mistakes made by men between the sheets - and it's fair to say that she's fairly knowledgeable in the department.
Choosing to skip foreplay
This is a shortcut taken by many men, but the adult star says this is a massive no-go.
“Skipping foreplay is the number one mistake men make in bed, going too fast and just rushing straight into it," she started to explain.
“Skipping kissing and just ripping your clothes off can be hot sometimes, but rarely. Like, c’mon, you’re really just gonna go for it immediately?”, Lynx asked.
The adult actress pointed out that women need time to get into the mood, making the comparison to "a DJ set," explaining that the crowd needs to be ready "before you make the drop."
She went on: “Men skip foreplay, and they need to realize it makes a world of difference. I know it’s a lot easier for dudes to get off, but we’re wired so differently.
"We need time; you need to take things slow.”
Hygiene is key
This may be pretty straightforward to some, but Lynx made it an important point to consider.
The OnlyFans and adult film star explained: “Not grooming and being clean is the second biggest mistake men make,
“It just lacks self-awareness. This isn’t super common, but it’s definitely something I’ve noticed. Like, are you even taking care of yourself? Are you grooming?"
She further asked: "Are you just letting everything go and not even thinking about it?
"Seriously, dude – take a damn shower. If you just got back from the gym, wash your b***s.”
Sounds simple enough.
Assuming that women will enjoy anything
Lynx explained that each person is different in the bedroom, and that men can make the mistake of assuming women like the same things they do.
“I think going on autopilot, and not taking your time to feel out what’s working and what’s not, is a huge no-no,” she explained.
The 37-year-old said that assuming things will be good because 'it worked last time', potentially with someone else, isn't the best way to do things between the sheets.
She concluded: "Every woman is different, you know? You’ve gotta talk, and you have to communicate.”
