Beyoncé, alongside her husband Jay Z, has tantalisingly offered the promise of free tickets to her concerts for life to one lucky individual - as long as they pledge to go vegan.

The 37-year-old singer posted to social media to offer the chance to get free tickets to all of her concerts for the next 30 years to anyone who committed to a plant-based diet, and understandably, her fans went wild at the prospect of free Beyoncé for life.

Earlier this week, Beyoncé posted a picture of her Greenprint to her 123 million followers on Instagram - her Greenprint is a collection of things she does to help the environment by reducing her carbon footprint, and committing to a plant-based diet is one thing that helps a lot with that.

"What is your Greenprint?" she captioned the post, but what fans are a lot more interested in is the second part of that caption. "Click the link in my bio for a chance to win tickets to any JAY and/or my shows for life," she said on the caption.

That link in the bio would take you straight to the Greenprint website, which gives a little more detail as to how you can improve your Greenprint today. "By eating just a few plant-based meals we can improve our environmental impact," explains the site, and there's a calculator you can use to figure out your own Greenprint.

But while that's all for a good cause, fans were just excited to get to see their idol for free, and they'd be more than happy to chow down on a few leaves and grains to get that chance.

"holdon.... Beyoncé offering lifetime tickets to all her shows if we win a contest for going vegan? bitch hand me some lettuce," said one Twitter fan quite succinctly, and although not everyone used those words, they had a pretty similar viewpoint, with some pretty hilarious takes.

"ALL my family are going vegan. my momma, my dog. even my bed bugs PERIOD. we all seeing Aunt Beyoncé," tweeted another fan, but while some are excited about the prospect, others are a little upset at having to go vegan, just to get free Beyoncé tickets.

"beyoncé wont leave us alone about being vegan... she been buggin for years the same way we’ve been begging for the formation world tour. so why don’t we make a deal. you give us the formation world tour dvd, we’ll do your vegan challenge," tweeted another one of her fans, turning the entire game into a negotiation.

Of course, this isn't the first time that Beyoncé has thrown her flag firmly into the vegan camp; she has long been a member of the Vegan Society, and regularly posts to social media her plant-based meals.

While some people might bristle at the idea of going vegan, the lure of free tickets - at the estimated cost of $12,000 (£9,100) - for Beyoncé concerts might be too tempting to resist.
