Esmé Bianco is suing Marilyn Manson, accusing the metal singer of physical and sexual abuse.
Bianco, who played Ros in the popular HBO series Game of Thrones, filed the lawsuit on Friday (April 30).
Per CNN, the suit alleges that Manson, 52, arranged for Bianco, 38, to come over to Los Angeles to appear in a music video for one of his tracks. It was during this time that he allegedly gave her drugs and alcohol, but no food for four days.
The legal document also claims that he "tied her to a prayer kneeler," "beat her with a whip" and "electrocuted her".
As reported by the Associated Press, despite the promise of a music video appearance for his song 'I Want To Kill You Like They Do In The Movies', there was no crew - only Manson himself began filming with his phone.
The publication also states that the actress was allegedly locked in a bedroom, forced to have sex with another woman, and received rape threats from the singer. Furthermore, despite flying Bianco over to LA, no video for the track was ever released.
While the pair then entered into a consensual sexual relationship in May 2009, Manson (real name: Brian Warner) allegedly went on to "[bruise] and [bite] Ms. Bianco and publicly groped her against her consent," according to the lawsuit.
"Mr. Warner used drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts from Ms. Bianco on multiple occasions. Mr. Warner raped Ms. Bianco in or around May 2011," the lawsuit goes on to say.
It also claims that during various other incidents, the 'Sweet Dreams' performer chased the actress around his home while carrying an ax and even cut her with a knife during sex.
The lawsuit comes after at least 16 women came forward earlier this year to accuse Manson of physical and sexual abuse.
These allegations were prompted by a social media post by Evan Rachel Wood in which she shared several explosive claims of abuse and exposed her ex-fiancé as the alleged abuser.
In a statement made on her official Instagram account, the 33-year-old Westworld actress wrote: "The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson."
Wood continued:
"He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.
"I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him before he ruins more lives.
"I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent."
At the time, Manson vehemently denied the allegations as "distortions of reality" in a statement on his own Instagram.
His statement reads:
"Obviously my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.
"My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others are now choosing to misinterpret the past. That is the truth."
At the time of allegations, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said in a statement that its "Special Victims Bureau is investigating allegation(s) of domestic violence involving Mr. Brian Warner."

Marilyn Manson's lawyer has slammed Esmé Bianco's accusations of abuse against the singer as "provably false".
On Friday (April 30), the Game of Thrones actress, 38, filed a lawsuit alleging that the 'Sweet Dreams' performer, 52, beat and electrocuted her and had her go without food for four days while staying at his home - among a slew of other alarming allegations.
Per Page Six, the musician's lawyer has addressed the lawsuit, referring to its claims as "provably false".
Manson's attorney Howard E. King said, according to the outlet: "To be clear, this suit was only filed after my client refused to be shaken down by Ms. Bianco and her lawyer and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on conduct that simply never occurred."
"We will vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we will prevail," King added.
Manson - real name: Brian Warner - is accused by Bianco of making arrangements for the actress to come over to Los Angeles to appear in a new music video back in 2011 - a music video which never materialized.
Instead, she claims she stayed in his home and allegedly went without food but was given drugs and alcohol. Bianco says was unable to leave the apartment without Manson's permission, and that he chased her around with an ax and cut her with a "Nazi knife."
The lawsuit also claims that Manson locked Bianco in a bedroom, forced her to have sex with another woman, and threatened to rape her.
Bianco and Manson had entered into a consensual sexual relationship in May 2009, but the latter allegedly went on to "[bruise] and [bite] Ms.
This comes after at least 16 women accused Manson of physical and sexual abuse earlier this year, following actress Evan Rachel Wood's explosive allegations of her own.
Manson has denied the allegations as "distortions of reality" in a statement on his own Instagram.

Game of Thrones star Esme Bianco has claimed that Marilyn Manson chased her with an ax and cut her torso with a knife when the pair briefly lived together in 2011.
Bianco, 38, opened up about how Manson treated her "like a prisoner" during this two-month period in an interview with The Cut which was published Wednesday (February 10).
The actress, who played a sex worker named Ros in the early seasons of Game Of Thrones, said that she began a relationship with Manson, now 52, while married to another man 12 years ago in 2009.
The pair reportedly had a long-distance affair for two years before Manson asked Bianco to come and live with him in Los Angeles, something that she did in March 2011, leaving her troubled marriage behind.
"I basically felt like a prisoner," she told The Cut. "I came and went at his pleasure. Who I spoke to was completely controlled by him."
Manson's alleged violence was backed up to The Cut by people who had witnessed the pair's relationship, who said that they frequently saw bruises and gashes on Bianco.
The actress explained that she was humiliated by the rocker when he played her Game of Thrones sex scenes to his entourage.
One source recalled Manson saying: "That's my girlfriend, she's a wh**e. Look, her t*ts are out."
Bianco said that she had idolized Manson when she was a teenager in the late 90s and had spent a lot of time plastering her room with his posters and listening to his albums on repeat.
Her accusations make her one of at least 11 other women to come forward accusing Manson of abuse this month, per the Daily Mail.
Manson has responded to the allegations in his own Instagram post, saying: "Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.
"My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how - and why - others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth," he added.
VT has contacted Manson for comment.

Marilyn Manson was pictured in a rare public outing with his wife amid claims he sexually abused multiple women, the Daily Mail has reported.
Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, is currently facing lawsuits against him from three women - Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, model Ashley Morgan Smithine, and an unnamed woman (referred to as a Jane Doe), per Billboard. The long-time friend of Johnny Depp is also suing his ex-girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood, for defamation.
He has rarely been seen in public due to the disturbing allegations, opting for a more private lifestyle with his photographer wife, Lindsay Usich, 37.
A fourth lawsuit against the 53-year-old from his former assistant, Ashley Walters, was dismissed in May. A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge ruled that the sexual abuse allegations in the lawsuit, which occurred in 2010 and 2011, could not be brought as the California Penal Code holds that the statute of limitations for those crimes is three years.
Billboard reported that the nature of the judge's dismissal also means that Walters is prohibited from refiling the charges.
Walters, who worked as Manson's assistant, detailed claims of "horrific" abuse against her by the singer, alleging she was sexually, physically, and psychologically abused by him, per Rolling Stone.
Included in Walters' claims against Manson are accusations that he forced Walters to stand for 12 hours taking photographs of him; gave her cocaine to stay awake; and whipped her and other women, saying they could "take it". Walters also alleges that she witnessed the 'Tourniquet' singer give his ex-girlfriend, Wood, a welt after throwing a prop skull at her, Rolling Stone reported.
Manson has denied these allegations via a social media post, stating: "Obviously my art and life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth."
Walters has also claimed that she repressed memories of the abuse and did not realize it actually was abuse until meeting with some of Manson's other accusers - Wood and Bianco - in 2020, per the Daily Mail.
Manson got married to burlesque star, Dita Von Teese, in 2005 before his partying and extra-marital affairs caused them to divorce in 2007, per NME. Subsequently, he was in an on-again off-again relationship with Westworld actress, Evan Rachel Wood.
The 53-year-old, who is mostly known for combining heavy metal music with highly theatrical performances for shock value, is alleged to have sexually and emotionally abused Wood between 2006-2010.
The Cut reported that she claimed Manson subjected her to "sick rituals" that include Manson mentally and physically torturing Wood while her hands and feet were bound, until she had "proven" her love for him.
The Cut unearthed an interview Manson gave to the Spin after he and Wood had a brief breakup in 2009. In the interview, he states that he called Wood 158 on Christmas Day in 2008, and cut his face and hands to "show her the pain she put me through." Wood would have been 21 at the time.
Though Manson clearly disagrees with the claims, as he sued Wood for defamation, and alleged that she "engaged in a 'conspiracy' to smear him as 'a rapist and abuser' in an effort to sabotage his 'successful music, TV, and film career'," per the Daily Mail.
NME reported that, since the sexual abuse claims were made public, Manson was dropped by both his agent and his record label, Loma Vista.
Manson's three lawsuits - from Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, model Ashley Morgan Smithine, and a Jane Doe - are currently pending.

A woman who initially accused Marilyn Manson of sexually abusing her has now claimed that she was pressured into coming forward with abuse allegations.
Ashley Morgan Smithline, the former girlfriend of the 54-year-old alternative metal musician, has previously made damning accusations of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. In 2021 she told PEOPLE that she was in a relationship with Manson - whose legal name is Brian Warner - between 2010 and 2013. That same year, she filed a lawsuit against Manson accusing him of sexual assault, human trafficking, and unlawful imprisonment.
Per NBC News, Smithline claimed that Manson had whipped her; carved his initials into her body; raped her while she was unconscious; and forced her to partake in consuming drugs and alcohol. At the time, Smithline was photographed in exclusive images for PEOPLE wearing a towel that showed off a scar on her leg that she alleged was caused by Manson.
In the same interview, Smithline claims that meeting Manson's other accusers in 2020 - namely Manson's ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood and Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco - helped her to heal from the abuse she suffered.
However, Smithline is now backtracking on her claims, suggesting that Wood had pressured her to come forward with embellished accusations. In a recent court document, Smithline states that she was "manipulated" to come forward and had actually denied being abused when meeting with Wood in 2020.
"When I said, no this did not happen to me and this was not my experience, I recall being told by Ms. Wood that just because I could not remember did not necessarily mean that it did not happen," the statement in the filing read.
Wood is one of several women who has taken legal action against Manson - she was in a relationship with him from 2006 to 2010, around the time his marriage to Dita Von Teese began failing. As previously reported, she has claimed Manson subjected her to "sick rituals" that included Manson mentally and physically torturing Wood while her hands and feet were bound, until she had "proven" her love for him.
The Cut unearthed an interview Manson gave to the Spin after he and Wood had a brief breakup in 2009. In the interview, he states that he called Wood 158 on Christmas Day in 2008, and cut his face and hands to "show her the pain she put me through." Wood would have been 21 at the time, and Manson 39.
Though the 'Long Hard Road Out Of Hell' singer clearly disagrees with the claims, as he sued Wood for defamation, and alleged that she "engaged in a 'conspiracy' to smear him as 'a rapist and abuser' in an effort to sabotage his 'successful music, TV, and film career'," per the Daily Mail. Following the accusations, Manson was dropped by both his agent and his record label.
His attorney Howard King released a statement after Smithline backtracked on her previous statements, saying: "As we have always said, the coordinated campaign of #MeToo lies against Brian Warner is going to go down as one of the greatest hoaxes of all time. Vulnerable women were manipulated by unscrupulous individuals seeking to build their own brands and pursue their own vendettas."

Marilyn Manson has filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood after her claims that he raped and emotionally abused her.
On Wednesday, March 2, the 53-year-old singer, whose real name is Brian Warner, filed a complaint in the Los Angeles Supreme Court against Wood and Ashley Gore, who is alleged to be her "on-again, off-again romantic partner".
E! News learned after reviewing the court documents that Manson is seeking compensation for damages and an injunction preventing "future wrongful conduct."
In February 2021, the Westworld actress took to her official Instagram account to share a statement with her followers in which she accused the metal artist of "horrific abuse".
Wood stated at the time: "The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson. He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.
"I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him before he ruins more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent."
Manson, who first met Wood when she was 18 years old, vehemently denied the allegations the following day.
He wrote: "Obviously, my life and my art have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.
"My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth."
In his defamation lawsuit, he accused his former partner, who he dated from 2006 to 2010, of having "secretly recruited, coordinated, and pressured prospective accusers."
The court filing, which seeks a jury trial, alleges that Wood and Gore engaged in intentional infliction of emotional distress. He accuses Gore of defamation, impersonation over the internet, and violation of the Comprehensive Computer Data and Access Fraud Act.
The suit also claims that Gore slandered Warner, created made-up email addresses under his name, "swatted" him in February 2021, and hacked his computer files and social media accounts.
