Jada Pinkett Smith has been accused of giving a "wild" response to Will Smith's recent letter to her.
The Focus star, 55, penned the letter after the release of Jada's bombshell memoir in which she admitted that she had been separated from the actor for seven years.
Last week, the 52-year-old Girls Trip actress shocked fans when she revealed in her new memoir, Worthy, that she and her husband had secretly separated seven years ago.
Will responded to the revelations in her memoir by writing a letter, praising his wife.

He lovingly wrote (as read out by Jay Shetty on his podcast): "I applaud and honor you. If I had read this book 30 years ago, I definitely would’ve hugged you more I’ll start now. Welcome to the Authors Club. I love you endlessly. Now go get some Merlot and take a rest."
Jada shares intimate details of her relationship with Will:Jada, a guest on the podcast, laughs at Will’s comments, joking, “He know I can’t have no Merlot.” However, she goes on to express her appreciation for Will’s message. “That’s beautiful,” she says. “That’s why I can’t divorce that joker.”
This didn't go down well with Will's fans, who called Jada out for being "undeserving" of the actor.
One person wrote: “That’s why I can’t divorce him. Such a wild line.”
Another said: “Oh my God. Poor Will. She doesn’t deserve him.”
A third penned: "I think Will deserves someone who feels that same way about him.”

In her conversation with TODAY host Hoda Kotb, Jada tackled some of the most persistent rumors head-on. “A million things were out there,” she said, addressing whispers of their supposed open marriage, swinger rumors, and questions about Will's sexuality. “I mean, none of that’s true. I can understand why there’d be misunderstandings,” she affirmed.
However, the revelations didn't stop there. The Worthy author also admitted that she and the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star have been living separately for more than seven years, despite their public appearances.
Speaking about her new book during an interview with People, Jada stated that she and Will were "still figuring things out," before saying: "We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us."
