Kanye West has broken down in tears before saying he's "losing his family" on his new track.
The rapper, 44, split from his wife Kim Kardashian after she filed for divorce earlier this year, and she and his children made a surprise appearance at his concert on July 22 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, People reports.
"He deserves someone that can go support his every move, go follow him all over the place and move to Wyoming… I can't do that," Kim previously said of the split, per Indy100.
Kanye has been relatively quiet on social since his failed bid for the US presidency last year, however, he did unfollow the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan on social media - a move that did not go unnoticed, with Page Six and various other outlets reporting the news.
The rapper's latest album, titled Donda, is being released July 23, according to Vulture.
It is a follow-up to Jesus Is King and features collaborations from artists including Pusha T, Lil Baby, Travis Scott, and Jay-Z.
However, the stadium event was not a concert in the traditional sense, and saw the rapper roaming around the empty stage as his music blared from the speakers instead of being performed live.
Tickets were sold for between $20 and $50, as per the stadium itself.
As Kanye sang "I'm losing my family" during the song Love Unconditionally, he began to cry and fell to his knees.
The rapper's heartfelt lyrics did not go unnoticed on social media, where people took to empathize with his situation.
One Twitter user wrote: "Kanye… I felt that man. That one hit. It feels like I lost so much too. I needed this."
A second wrote: "Kanye screaming 'IM LOSING MY FAMILY, COME BACK TO ME DARLING' is actually making me cry bro I love this man so much and I want the best for him [sic]."
A third added: "I can hear Kanye's pain."
Reacting to the fact that Kim was in attendance at the concert, one fan tweeted: "Kanye on his knees in a sold out stadium with a song playing about losing his family while Kim in the building with the kids ya goat could never [sic]," one fan tweeted.
E! News that Kim was informed of the song's lyrics prior to the performance of the track as Kanye did not want to blindside her.
"He was respectful and gave her the heads up," a source told the outlet.
