Khloé Kardashian had the perfect response to a self-described 'feminist' that said she looked like an "alien".
The controversy began when the 36-year-old reality star appeared to debut a new look in a recent commercial for Nurtec - a prescription migraine drug.
However, a Twitter user with the handle @MarshaCoupe appeared displeased by Khloé acting as a brand ambassador and took to social media to slate her.
On Sunday, June 6, the critic hit out at Khloé, writing: "Does research indicate that the more plastic surgery someone has the more likely they are to suffer from migraines?
"What kind of pharmaceutical company chooses someone who has had so much plastic surgery they look like an alien, as their spokesperson?"
Not to be outdone, Khloé personally responded to the Twitter user by taking the moral high ground.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star promptly replied: "Sorry you feel that way. You have every right to block/mute me. I am trying to help many out there who suffer in silence.
"I R completely entitled to your opinions. Just as I am mine. I don’t think you should refer to yourself as a feminist if you are attacking a woman unprovoked. [sic]"
It wasn't long before Khloé's fans rushed to her defense on Twitter, while others were simply left impressed by her cool-headed and mature response as they praised her measured clap-back.
Complimenting Khloé and her daughter's appearance, one person wrote: "I actually love that commercial. You look gorgeous and happy and True is beautiful, happy and having fun.
"I am a migraine sufferer also. I love when the popcorn knocks over and you both laugh. Love it, love it, love it."
A second fan then added: "Khloe, you have really been an inspiration for me with my body & weight issues. Ever since KUWTK & Revenge Body, I have admired you for sharing your vulnerability and truth.
"You are AMAZING and don't listen to the trolls who don't [respect] you."
Meanwhile, a third stated: "Khloe is so so so naturally beautiful without all the make up and plastic surgery. I'm talking incredibly gorgeous natural beauty. It's too bad she has issues with the way she looks."
Finally, someone else chimed in: "Wow people are becoming very cruel & insensitive with their words!
"They open their big fat mouths not caring how words can really tear you down and kill you spiritually, emotionally, and sometimes physically and sometimes we don't always bounce back!"
It comes as Khloé was forced to post a statement on her body image to Instagram after an unfiltered photo of her emerged on social media, despite her wishes.
In a lengthy address to her 152 million followers, Khloé wrote: "For over a decade now in photos, every single flaw and imperfection has been micro-analyzed and made fun of to the smallest detail and I am reminded of them every day by the world.
"And when I take that criticism to use as motivation to get myself in the best shape of my life and to even help others with the same struggles I am told I couldn't have done it through hard work and I must have paid for it all."
