Nicole Kidman has publicly acknowledged ex-husband Keith Urban for the first time since their divorce was finalized earlier this year.
The actress, 59, marked Father's Day on Sunday (June 21) by sharing a heartwarming tribute on her Instagram Stories dedicated to the fathers in her life.
The post comes six months after she and the country music star, 58, officially ended their marriage in January.
Among the images the Eyes Wide Shut actress shared were two black-and-white throwback photos, including one showing Urban carrying the former couple's daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, on his back when they were younger.
"Happy Father's Day to all the fathers," Kidman penned.
The Big Little Lies star also used the occasion to remember her late father, Dr. Antony Kidman, posting a black-and-white photograph of him carrying her as a child.
Kidman has opened up about the deep connection she shared with her dad, who died in 2014 at the age of 75, and her mother, Janelle Kidman, who passed away in September 2024, aged 84.
Reflecting on those losses during an interview with GQ in November 2024, the actress revealed she still sometimes wakes up "crying and gasping".
“Life is, whew. It's definitely a journey. And it hits you as you get older,” she told the outlet. "If you're in it and not numbing yourself to it. And I'm in it. Fully in it."
The tribute arrives months after the former couple announced their separation in September 2025, ending a marriage that lasted nearly two decades.
Kidman filed for divorce in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences after the pair, who married in June 2006, decided to go their separate ways.
The Academy Award winner has remained largely private about the end of her marriage, though she previously suggested her priority was helping her family navigate the difficult transition.
Speaking to Variety after the split, she said: "I'm always going to be moving toward what's good,
"What I'm grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That's that. Everything else I don't discuss out of respect," she added.
Court documents from the divorce revealed that Kidman would be the primary residential parent of Sunday and Faith, caring for them for 306 days of the year.
The actress is also mother to Bella, 33, and Connor, 31, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
While the Babygirl star marked Father's Day with a public tribute, Urban has been focused on a major professional shift.
The four-time Grammy winner recently released Flow State, his first album since the divorce, on June 12.
The project left many fans surprised as the musician moved away from his signature country sound in favor of yacht rock-inspired music, including an original collaboration with Michael McDonald.
Discussing the record in a press release, the 'Somebody Like You' singer said: "Creating FLOW STATE was one of the most unexpected albums I’ve ever made.
"In a lot of ways, it felt like the whole album had an energy and life of its own, and I was just following where it led me," he continued. "The songs we recorded were all so natural though, and I discovered a lot about how much they’ve helped shape my own music.
"There’s a reason these songs have stood the test of time, and equally so, the need for their spirit of fully disconnecting from 'the grid' and swimming in blue sky simplicity," he added.
The album features ten cover songs alongside collaborations with Little Big Town and John Mayer.
Urban and Kidman have not directly addressed the reasons behind their split.
