She explained: "I have been asked by guys and one has to question their mentality, because I’m 73 so I’m certainly not producing milk any more, obviously.

"But also, I’ve got inverted nipples, so it’s a physical impossibility! So I always explain that to them. I don’t have nipples that you could suck anyway."

Caroline revealed that having inverted nipples doesn't put men off, as most have told her: "No problem, can I just suck on your breasts?"

She joked: "I worry what goes on in men’s minds!”

While lactation typically occurs in pregnancy and beyond while feeding a baby, it is a hormonal response and is possible - though rare - outside of pregnancy, per the Cleveland Clinic.
