A woman from the United States has revealed how she fell pregnant at 19 years old, despite never having had penetrative sex. As unlikely as her situation sounds, while rare, it is certainly not impossible.
When Samantha Lynn Isabel was 19, she realized that her period was late, and started experiencing cramps.
Despite never having had sexual intercourse, she took a pregnancy test to be safe. It came back positive, and so did subsequent tests she took after believing the first must have been a fluke.

Samantha added that her pregnancy has resulted in her "being called Virgin Mary the rest of my life by my family and friends".
Samantha Lynn Isabel told BuzzFeed that she thought the conception occurred from her and her boyfriend touching each other's genitals during foreplay. And gynecologist Dr. Jennifer Lincoln explained to BuzzFeed how it is possible for some to fall pregnant this way:
"Sperm has to get into a vagina in order for pregnancy to happen. It doesn't matter what puts it there — whether it's a penis, finger, turkey baster, you name it — but once it's there, it can travel through the cervix, into the uterus, and rendezvous with an egg in the fallopian tube and fertilize it."
And people in the comments section of the video were going through every emotion possible:
Per the NHS it's certainly rare for someone to fall pregnant this way, but it is possible. Answering the question, "Can I get pregnant if I have sex without penetration?" The NHS website states;
"Yes, although the risk of getting pregnant in this way is very low. If you want to avoid getting pregnant, you should use contraception."

As for Samantha, the pregnancy left her feeling overwhelmed, she told BuzzFeed. "I did not feel ready to have a child," she explained, "I had dropped out of high school twice due to my anxiety disorder, [but] went back to finally finish. I [also] had intentions of going to college after graduation.
"I was just nervous I wouldn't be able to give him everything. But he has it all and more," Samantha went on. In the end, though, she decided to have her baby. Her son, Bentley, is now five years old, and she's still with her boyfriend Alex too.
The couple has a second child, Theo, who recently turned one.
