A Domino's driver has revealed how much she makes in tips during a shift, and people are shocked as some customers didn't tip at all.
The debate around tipping culture has been sparked again, as it is a topic that is often polarizing especially in countries other than the US where tipping isn't customary.
In the UK for instance, tipping a delivery driver is seen as a nice gesture but it isn't something that is mandatory and you won't get shouted at by the employee if you just take your food without handing over extra cash.
But in the US, tipping is something that is a necessity for workers in various industries as it supplements their income meaning they are able to sustain a standard of living.
One thing that fascinates those who don't work in an industry where tipping occurs is how much people earn during a shift, and Milena Diaz has taken to TikTok to share that information.
Over the course of two videos, Milena took viewers with her as she went about her job as a Domino's delivery driver, and she kept track of her tips.
Despite a handful of customers deciding against handing over a tip, Milena's attitude should be commended as she maintained an infectiously positive disposition throughout her shift.
A promotion that Domino's was running at the time meant that the driver had to try and get selfies with her customers to win rewards, and while some didn't want to, it seems that a lot of customers were happy to oblige.
Over the course of a five-hour shift, Milena revealed that she made $109 in tips, as well as sharing her excitement that she is on track to win an iPad from Domino's due to her selfie taking.
Despite her positive attitude, people flocked to the comments to express their distaste over those who opted not to tip.
One person penned: "I am blown away at the number of people that do not tip the driver!"

A second added: "I'm blown away that people don't tip and tip so poorly! They need to be tipping 20% every time or don't order."

A third wrote: "I don’t get it. I honestly couldn’t keep delivering without all those no tip deliveries. It’s so wrong."

Milena seems like a great delivery driver, so hopefully people start tipping her for her amazing customer service!
