A woman has sparked a debate on TikTok after stating that her 9-5 job makes her look "ugly and fat".

Suzi Guidroz, from Louisiana, has more than 530K followers on the social media platform, where she opens up about her life after graduation from Florida State University in December 2022.

The 23-year-old - who goes by the handle @jacuzzionsuzi - recently went viral after complaining about how all she wants to do at the end of a workday is rest and eat junk food.

"Can somebody, please, normalize getting ugly and fat after working a 9-to-5 job?" she asked before backtracking. "OK, maybe, let’s not normalize that. That's probably a bad idea."

The content creator explained that she is always tired after a long day of work and doesn't have enough energy to go to the gym or make healthy meals.

"The last thing I wanna f*****g do after sitting in an office all damn day is go and work out, is go take care of my body, b***h. I wanna eat this f*****g Chick-fil-A sandwich. Is that too much to ask?" she asked, tearing into her takeout order.

She shared that she is having trouble with balancing work and paying her bills while living a healthy lifestyle, admitting: "I've been having the worst f*****g bowel [movements] lately because I don't take care of myself. But I don’t wanna do anything besides f******g lay my a** down when I get home from work, OK?"

"I know that working out makes me feel so much better. I know that if I go to the gym for more than five minutes, I will feel so much better," she exclaimed. "But holy f***, the last thing I want to do after a long day of work is go and jog on a treadmill, go and take a nice walk."

Guidroz explained that all she wants to do is lie down, and eat tuna salad or pizza while watching Netflix. "That's all I want to do, and I know I'm not the only one. In college, I was walking, doing s**t, and now I'm just sitting at a desk all day and b******g," she concluded.

The TikToker's viral clip has been viewed more than 824K times and has received nearly 2,000 comments, with many people agreeing with her rant.

"No literally I’ve gained like 30 lbs from desk job," one user revealed, while another chimed in: "Facts ! I gained 40 pounds when I left retail for a 9-5."

A third person shared their trick to leading a healthy lifestyle, writing: "I take gym clothes with me to work. Go straight there at 5 and change at the gym. I know that if I go home after to change, I’m not leaving again."

A fourth user also disclosed that they quit their desk job because "It’s soooo true, you would think you’d have energy after sitting all damn day but it’s the exact opposite. I was sleep".

However, some people disagreed with her video, stating that exercise is essential to their well-being: "Working out after work is the best part of my day tbh."

A second user said: "Lowkey I felt this exact same way but then I started running after work and now that’s the only thing that gets me through the day," while someone else added: "I did that for a while but honestly I feel so much better making myself go to the gym and eat healthier. It’s a lifestyle change."
