A woman has sparked a laundry debate on social media after revealing that she wears her pajamas multiple nights in a row before washing them.
The discussion around cleaning and personal hygiene often heats up on social media, as many people are adamant that their way of staying clean is the right way.
Recently, creator Allison Delperdang - who goes by the handle @allisondelperdang on TikTok - took the conversation a step further by sharing a video asking people about their pajama-washing habits.
In the clip, Allison said: "I need to know if people wear pajamas multiple nights in a row. When I was younger my parents would always make us wear pajamas multiple nights in a row as they weren't dirty. And I still do that as an adult."
Check out Allison's TikTok below:She then stood away from the camera to show the button-up onesie she's been sleeping in and said: "I’ve worn these, like, three nights in a row. So I need to know if, like, as adults, we’re still doing that, or should I be literally making dirty clothes every single night?"
The TikToker once again asked her followers if her not washing her nighttime clothing daily is wrong and what other people's views on the subject are.
As of this writing, the clip garnered more than 830,000 views and over 39,000 likes on the social media platform and left many people feeling divided in the comments section.
One user was slightly horrified by Allison's confession and said: "No. I don't reuse towels either. lol."

Another shocked user disagreed with her revelation and wrote: "Wait. There’s people that DONT wear their pjs multiple nights in a row????"

A third person chimed in and commented: "Nope clean pjs every night unless I’m away from home. Then I’ll wear them maybe twice before washing them."

And, a fourth person suggested: "I change towel and pajama every night. That was something mom made me do as a kid. Not everyone does that ?"

Meanwhile, some users were not shocked by her admission and even shared their similar lifestyle choices as one person disclosed: "I wear them for like a week straight haha I hate doing laundry."

A second person added: "Saving the environment and your clothes! if it's not dirty/smelly then why wash it? I wear mine for a week in winter!"

Lastly, a third person said: "Here lol I don't have enough pjs to be wearing a new pair [each] night and the washing. No thnx."

Meanwhile, the Tiktoker posted a follow-up video about cleanliness, one again asking her following how often they do their laundry. She said that she hates it so much that she hasn't done it "in a month or two".
"I literally hate laundry so much that I used to go to the store and buy new underwear instead of just washing," Allison candidly said.
Well, it just looks like Allison has a laundry problem... or does she? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
