It seemed like Millie Bobby Brown and Drake had a cute relationship. She's a fan of his music. He's a fan of Stranger Things. She slays Demigorgons. He slayed Meek Mill. They have so much in common! At a Golden Globes after party Millie took a photo with Drake, and wrote the humorous caption, "blessed to have my security be my +1." The internet loved their blossoming friendship.

However, after a red carpet interview at the Emmy's, the internet is a little concerned. While speaking with Access Hollywood, the 14-year-old actress opened up about her friendship with the 31-year-old rapper. "I love him. I met him in Australia and he's honestly so fantastic, a great friend, and a great role model," said Millie. "We just texted each other the other day and he was like 'I miss you so much,' and I was like 'I miss you more.'"
Millie went on to say she plans to see Drake in November, when his Aubrey and the Three Migos tour stops by Atlanta. When one of the hosts asked what kind of advice Drake gives her, she replied, "About boys, he helps me." When pressed to elaborate, she laughed, saying, "That stays in the text messages!"

The hosts and Millie treat the messages like an innocent exchange, a harmless conversation between big bro and lil' sis. Or mentor and mentee; remember, Drake started off as a teenage actor on Degrassi: Teh Next Generation. However, some Twitter users thought their relationship was "straight up creepy." Isn't it kind of weird for a 31-year-old guy to text boy advice and "I miss you so much" to a 14-year-old girl?

Recently Drake was spotted cozying up with 18-year-old model Bella Harris, who is the daughter of singer and songwriter Jimmy Jam. The two took a photo together, apparently backstage at Madison Square Garden, where Drake was performing. "No place I’d rather be," she wrote in the caption.

Page Six and E! reported that the two had dinner together in Washington, D.C., fueling rumors that they were dating. In a caption to a selfie on Instagram, Bella denied the reports. The nature of their relationship is unclear, but they've known each other for a few years, dating back to a photo they took together than Bella was 16.

With rumors swirling about Drake's relationship with Bella, some people expressed concern that he was "grooming" Millie.

Also, some people questioned the quality of Drake's dating advice, considering what he raps about in his music.

Well, maybe the Twitter detectives are onto something, or maybe this is all much ado about nothing. Recently we learned that Drake sent thirsty text messages to supermodel Heidi Klum, following an episode of Ellen. (Heidi and Ellen played a game of Would You Rather, and Heidi said she only had eyes for the Toronto rapper.) Nothing happened, because Heidi is currently seeing someone. But if something does happen, Heidi's 45, so the internet has nothing to worry about.

This week, the internet was up in arms about the friendship between 14-year-old actress Millie Bobby Brown and 31-year-old rapper Drake, after it was revealed that they often exchanged text messages.
Was it a harmless big-bro, little-sis thing? Or did the relationship between them have darker implications? The internet was pretty sure it was the latter, with many people taking to social media to express their concern.

"What the f**k is Drake doing talking to/texting Millie Bobby Brown, a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL, about boys or anything at all? Like that is straight up creepy," wrote Twitter user @stitchmancery. She was joined by @stopbeingfamous who put "Millie Bobby Brown is innocent and probably has crush, but Drake has no business texting her 'I miss you so much'", as well as hundreds of other people online.

However, in the wake of the scandal, Millie has taken to social media herself to defend her friendship and slam those who have criticised her and Drake's close relationship.
In an Instagram Story, the Stranger Things actress wrote: "U guys are weird… for real. I’m lucky to have people in the business extend their time to help me further my career and offer their wisdom and guidance. I’m very blessed to have amazing people in my life. U don’t get to choose that for me. It’s nice to have people who understand what I do. Now get back to talking about real problems in this world other than my friendships… jeez. (sic)"
She finished her story by writing: "to all the supporters: i love you guys. thank you for supporting me. Many thanks to u guys. Sending my love to wherever u are in the world (sic)".
The pair first met in Australia last year and the In My Feelings star has apparently been helping Millie through her boy troubles since she split from her boyfriend Jacob Sartorius in July, as well offering up advice on her career.
In a red carpet interview with Access at the Emmy's, the 14-year-old actress opened up about her friendship with the 31-year-old rapper, stating: "I love him. I met him in Australia and he's honestly so fantastic, a great friend, and a great role model. In the same interview, the 14-year-old went on to say she plans to see Drake in November, when his Aubrey and the Three Migos tour comes to Atlanta. When one of the hosts asked what kind of advice Drake gives her, she replied, "About boys, he helps me." When pressed on the issue, she laughed the interrogation off, telling the presenter, "That stays in the text messages!"
So, will Millie's angry Instagram post shut down her haters? Watch this space.

Social media users have reacted after Millie Bobby Brown seemingly announced her engagement to Jake Bongiovi.
The 19-year-old Stranger Things star has been in a relationship with the 20-year-old actor - who is the son of rock singer Bon Jovi - for two and a half years now.
However, it looks like the pair decided to take their relationship to the next level as on April 11, Brown shared a black and white photograph of her wearing what appears to be an engagement ring on her left hand.
The teen actress posted their exciting news on Instagram with the sweet caption: "I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all."
Check out Brown's post below:The upload saw her beau wrapping his arms around his new fiancée while she placed her hands on his arm. Her diamond ring was in clear view as their romantic moment was caught on camera for all to see.
Brown's famous followers and fans flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages, with fellow Stranger Things star Amybeth Mcnulty commenting: "YESSSS!!!!!!!"
One fan remarked: "OMG YAY!!!! Jake Bobby Brown or Millie Bongiovi???? AAAAAAA can’t wait!!!!"
And another user hilariously wrote: "When teenagers are getting engaged and I'm just running a meme page."
However, several users were stunned by the news and concerned that the Enola Holmes actress is "too young" to be engaged at 19.
One person reacted: "Millie Bobby Brown is a bit too young to get married, marriages come with a lot of hardships it’s not something you can just rush into."
A second user interjected: "No offense, but Millie Bobby Brown is way too young to be getting engaged. Wtf."
A third user shared: "Millie Bobby Brown getting engaged at 19, she’s 3 years younger than me and I can’t even imagine getting engaged at 22, let alone 19. I am happy for her, but it is a little young haha."
The duo met on Instagram and were friends before it soon blossomed into a romance, with Brown revealing on the Web's Most Searched Questions: "We met on Instagram. And we were friends for a bit, and then, what can I say?"
They then went "Instagram official" with their relationship in June 2021 after the Damsel actress shared a picture of Bongiovi kissing her cheek.
Earlier this year, Brown indicated that their romance was flourishing into something more after she hailed the Sweethearts actor as her "partner for life" in a heartwarming Instagram post.
"Endlessly in love with the year I've had! grateful for my friends, family, donkey (Bernard), my doggies, my puppies teeth, and my partner for life," she sweetly penned. "Here's to another year with you and the wonderful people and animals around us let's do it again but better."
Congratulations to Brown and Bongiovi on their engagement!
