Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde seem to have reached a resolution in their custody dispute.

In court documents obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Sudeikis conceded to a staggering $27,500 in monthly child support for their two children.

Additionally, the documents reveal that the two stars have decided to share joint custody of their children - nine-year-old Otis and six-year-old Daisy - on a "week-on, week-off basis".

The court papers elaborate that the Ted Lasso star will pay the impressive five-figure sum each month to Wilde, which constitutes $10,300 for their son and $17,200 for their daughter. In addition to this monthly remittance, Sudeikis is also obliged to cover 25% of Wilde’s childcare expenses.

This settlement is reflective of Sudeikis' anticipated 2023 income of $10.5 million, juxtaposed with Wilde's projected income of $500,000. However, the documents note that "the income of each party is in dispute and fluctuates", but the couple concedes "such disputes and fluctuations are not material to their agreement that Jason has an extraordinarily high income", and that the child support guidelines would surpass the children's needs.

"The parties agree that child support for the minor children in the amount of $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason's station in life [...] is consistent with each child's best interest, and application of the guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case," the documents reportedly read.

This arrangement seems to put to rest the long-standing disagreements over child custody and support that have been lingering for the past 18 months, particularly after the infamous incident in which Wilde was served legal papers while she was on stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas in April 2022.

This incident marked the initiation of a contentious public rift between Sudeikis and Wilde, who seemed to have an amicable split and co-parenting relationship until then. Around that time, the Don’t Worry Darling director had reportedly been in a relationship with British pop sensation, Harry Styles, 29, who starred in her 2022 film. They reportedly parted ways last November.

Wilde vehemently denied that she had cheated on Sudeikis in the October 2022 issue of Vanity Fair, stating: "Our relationship was over long before I met Harry. Like any relationship that ends, it didn't end overnight.

"Unfortunately, Jason and I had a very bumpy road, and we officially dissolved the relationship towards the beginning of the pandemic. We were raising two kids during lockdown, so we co-parented through that time. Once it became clear that cohabitating was no longer beneficial for the children, it became the responsible thing to NOT, because we could be better parents as friends who lived in different houses," she added.

And in a conversation with Variety last year, Wilde disclosed that the incident at CinemaCon was not "entirely surprising," labeling the move as a "vicious" attack and criticizing the significant breach in security involved.

"The hurdles that you had to jump through to get into that room with several badges, plus special Covid tests that had to be taken days in advance, which gave you wristbands that were necessary to gain access to the event - this was something that required forethought," she added.

Sudeikis, however, had emphasized through his representative that he was unaware of the service method and was distressed by it.

Following the tumultuous period, it seems the air has cleared, and the ex-couple have reverted to their congenial co-parenting relationship, recently seen supporting their son Otis during his soccer games in Los Angeles.
