On March 22, the 41-year-old Epstein victim and Prince Andrew accuser took to her social media page to reveal her emotional turmoil and heartbreak over allegedly being estranged from her children.

Alongside smiling photos of her three kids, Giuffre wrote: “My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them, and they’re being poisoned with lies. I miss them so very much.

"I have been through hell & back in my 41 years, but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else.

"Hurt me, abuse me, but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered, and every day that passes, my sadness only deepens," she added.

The post came amid Giuffre’s separation from her husband, Robert, after 22 years of marriage. She has claimed she is no longer in contact with her children, per The Sun.

Just two days later, Giuffre was involved in what she described as a devastating crash with a school bus in Neergabby, north of Perth.

Sharing a bruised photo from a hospital bed, she wrote in the emotional post: “This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km (68mph) as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.

"I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.

"S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life," she concluded.

However, Australian authorities have raised questions about the severity of the crash.

Western Australia Police told the outlet that the collision was minor, reporting no injuries and estimating damage to the vehicle at approximately $2,000 AUD.

The incident, which occurred on March 24, was reported by the bus driver the following day.

“The Western Australia Police Force received a report of a minor crash which occurred between a bus and a car. The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day. The car sustained approximately A$2,000 worth of damage. There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash,” a police spokesperson told The Mirror.

A source with knowledge of the situation told CNN that while Giuffre is hospitalized and does have visible bruising, she has not informed hospital staff about what caused the injuries, and she is not currently in a life-threatening condition.

Giuffre’s spokesperson, Dini von Mueffling, confirmed her hospitalization: “Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending.”

Her former attorney, Brad Edwards, echoed the concern, calling it a “very bad situation," per Daily Mail. He added that he is "hoping for better news in the coming days. I hope she pulls through with good medical care.”

Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, expressed deep concern in a public message to his daughter: “Virginia, my daughter, I love you and praying you get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is anything in the world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit is with you now and holding your hand," per The Guardian.

He added: “I’m sick to my stomach. I feel like crying because I love my daughter more than life. If there’s anything I could do, I’d do it.”

In the aftermath of her hospital post, Prince Andrew’s ex-girlfriend Lady Victoria Hervey shared a controversial response on Instagram. “If Virginia Giuffre really does have days to live, then a complete confession is needed,” she wrote. “I don’t believe it though, the FBI are on her right now and arrest warrants are coming. She’s conveniently dying to evade jail.”

Hervey also suggested that Giuffre’s estranged husband, Robert, “who has custody of their teenage children,” should speak out, and accused her of conning people with “the fake photo and all her con jobs".

Giuffre became one of the most high-profile accusers of Jeffrey Epstein and filed a civil lawsuit against Prince Andrew in 2021, alleging he sexually abused her on three occasions when she was 17.

The Duke of York has consistently denied the allegations but reached a confidential out-of-court settlement in 2022, reportedly paying millions to avoid trial.

Despite Andrew’s past claims of cutting ties with Epstein in 2010, emails released earlier this year revealed he was still in contact with the convicted sex offender in 2011.

Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial. Ghislaine Maxwell, his accomplice, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence.
