Noah Beck’s mother, Amy Beck, was suspended by the school district after a disturbing video resurfaced of her simulating oral sex with her son.
In the clip, the social media influencer and his 55-year-old mom are seen singing along to Jay Rock’s 'King’s Dead', which features explicit lyrics.
As the pair lip-synced to the lyrics, Noah repeatedly pushed Amy's head toward his groin.
The video’s reappearance prompted a complaint from community member Helen Duril, who reportedly sent it to both the Peoria Unified School District and the State Board of Education, calling it "highly inappropriate," according to AZ Central.
Days later, on April 27, the district placed Amy Beck on leave from Coyote Hills Elementary School in Peoria, Arizona.
Amy's suspension comes weeks after police said they resubmitted charges to prosecutors, recommending felony pandering charges against her daughter, Haley Beck, 27, and former teacher Angela Burlaka, 47, over allegations they engaged in sexual misconduct with the same teenage boy.
Pandering charges are a class 5 felony and carry up to 2.5 years in prison and fines of up to $150,000, per Daily Mail.
Per the police report, Haley allegedly began grooming the student in December 2024, while he was enrolled in her psychology and sociology courses, continuing through his sophomore and junior years.
The statement of charges obtained by PEOPLE reportedly alleges the ex-teacher offered oral sex to the student, offered to buy them tequila, and sent $630 via Apple Pay.
It was also disclosed that she exchanged more than 4,000 text messages with him between June 21 and August 2, 2025.
One transaction allegedly included the message: "This money exchange just felt like straight prostitution."
Another text allegedly read: “Wyd tomorrow I'll suck your d**k then. Like prioritize me if you want my mouth around ur d**k." A separate alleged message said: “Need approx. 1 day break from sucking d**k my throat is not well."
Investigators also claimed the teacher was saved in the teen’s Snapchat as "Sneaky Link," while she allegedly referred to herself as a "Sugar Momma" and him as a "Sugar Baby".
Police also alleged Haley appeared aware Angela was involved with the same student, citing a message where she wrote she doesn’t "like being compared to Mrs. B".
Burlaka is accused of recording naked videos of herself, saying the student’s name, with one such video allegedly discovered by his grandmother.
A search of Haley's apartment also allegedly uncovered a note reading: "For this ‘relationship’ being extremely wrong, I feel like we have really made the most out of it."
The two teachers were first placed on administrative leave in August 2025.
Following a Title IX investigation, Peoria Unified School District unanimously voted to fire Haley during a governing board meeting on March 26.
A Title IX decision maker reportedly found that she had "developed a sexual relationship" with the student involving "predatory practices".
The findings stated: "Since grooming did occur, any sexual conduct after the date of consent is unwelcome. Within the teacher-student relationship, the behavior is also severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive.
"In the text messages, there were sexually-charged conversations and admission of sexual behaviors between students and teachers are 'severe' and 'objectively offensive,'" it concluded.
After the probe began, Burlaka voluntarily surrendered her Arizona teaching certificates. Haley Beck did not.
The district said in a statement: "The Peoria Unified School District and Governing Board take all allegations involving student safety extremely seriously."
"At the time the concerns were reported, the information available did not meet the legal threshold for reasonable suspicion of abuse, nor was there corroborating evidence to support such a determination.
“The District responded in accordance with Governing Board policy, applicable law, and established procedures. Following a review of the matter, appropriate actions were taken to address the concerns raised.
“Due to pending litigation, the District is unable to provide additional details. We remain committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and responsive environment for all students and staff," they added.
Haley's attorney, Matthew Long, has denied wrongdoing, saying his client will "respect" the criminal justice process, but was confident that she had "committed no crimes," per 12 News.
“Like any individual subject to investigation, M. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence,” Long continued.
The fallout has cast an even brighter spotlight on a family already linked to one of social media’s biggest stars.
Noah, who rose to fame in 2020 through dance videos and skits, has 33 million TikTok followers and 7.7 million Instagram followers.
He was in a public relationship with TikToker Dixie D’Amelio for two years before splitting in 2022.
Noah will star in the Baywatch TV reboot on Fox alongside Livvy Dunne and Yellowstone actress Hassie Harrison.
