With more money than you can imagine, it's a safe bet that Adele can afford the best of the best for her LA mansion.
But it seems as though that the singer's proudest possession is actually one particular celebrity's trash.
Appearing on Vogue's 73 Questions segment, the 33-year-old revealed the one item in her home that she values more than anything.
Fans were seemingly shocked to find it's Celine Dion's chewed-up gum that is framed and positioned at the center of Adele's living room.
"It's pretty amazing," she said, showing off the framed possession, which included Dion's autograph and a few $$$ signs.
The 'Easy on Me' hitmaker explained that the gum was a very unique gift from The Late Late Show host and friend James Corden.
"James Corden, who is a friend of mine but also does Carpool Karaoke, which I did, he did it with her and knew how much a fan of her I was," Adele said.
"And so he made her spit her gum into a piece of paper and he framed it for me. And it's my proudest possession."
But despite how proud Adele is of owning the gum, it seems as though fans had slightly different response.
"Adele has a piece of celine dion’s gum, framed," one person wrote alongside a worried emoji.
Another wrote: "She said she has Celine Dion's chewed gum framed (gifted by James). Why adele? Why???"
"That's kinda gross," a third added.
Later in the interview, Adele was asked what song she has covered the most in her life. She didn't skip a beat and answered 'My Heart Will Go On'.
It comes as Adele opened up about the reasons behind her move to Los Angeles, California.
The 'Someone Like You' hitmaker claimed that, in part, the decision to uproot her life across the pond was a result of sky-high property prices in London.
The singer, who covers both British Vogue and US Vogue for their respective November 2021 issues, spoke candidly about her relocation to California during her first interview in five years.
Adele - who owns three mansions next to one another in LA - admitted that one of the main reasons that she, her ex-husband, and their nine-year-old son Angelo relocated to LA was to improve their quality of life.
One of the biggest draws for the singer was the price of real estate in the US, as she claimed that she could "never" afford the type of house that she has in Los Angeles back in London.
"And the kind of house I have in LA I could never afford in London. Ever," she added.
The claim was met with slight disbelief from British Vogue writer Giles Hattersley, who questioned the validity of the statement, to which Adele responded: "No, I looked at houses. It's like hundreds of millions of pounds. I don't have that much money at all. I'd throw up."
According to the Sunday Times Rich List, Adele has a net worth of $177 million, while The New York Post previously reported that the singer's three-home compound in Los Angeles is worth more than $30 million, and that she paid about $10 million for each house.
