Comedian Donny Davis passed away in Las Vegas on Thursday, People reports.
The beloved performer was found in a room at the Resorts World Hotel and Casino, and police were called to the venue shortly before 6AM, per CBS affiliate 8NewsNow. His cause of death is still yet to be disclosed.
Known for appearing alongside the likes of Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Joe Jonas, and Mariah Carey, Davis was renowned for his impersonations. In 2013, he joined Spears' residency in Las Vegas as a dancer.
Meanwhile, he was a regular on Chelsea Handler's Chelsea Lately and appeared in the 2017 Comedy It's Gawd!
Tributes have poured in from celebrity friends and fans, who have taken to social media to honor Davis' life.
Actor and singer Demi Lovato shared a series of snaps of the two on their Instagram story, writing "Rip" and adding a broken heart emoji.
"Thanks for so many laughs and great memories - rest peacefully angel," they captioned a photo of Davis dressed as Santa Claus, before recalling a special memory with him.


"One time I was so burnt out on work, when I flew home from Mexico, my team surprised me w a full marching band and Donny was dressed up in full costume ..it was 3 am and I was so tired and SO confused but was so thrilled to see people show up JUST to make me smile. I'll never forget that," they wrote.
Producer and nightlife entrepreneur Jeff Beacher - who hired Davis to perform at the Beacher's Madhouse nightclub in Los Angeles - also shared photos of his friend, with an emotional caption saying simply: "Sorry everyone I can't talk right now. I'm beyond speechless. Donny was everything."


Kelly Osbourne also honored Davis on her Instagram story, sharing a snap of them together and writing: "It was an honor you and call you a true and dear friend. To say @jeffbeacher and I are broken is an understatement. You were our light. We love you."
And Actor Ryan Phillippe paid tribute to Davis by posting a carousel of photos of the two, along with a heartfelt caption.
