The coronavirus pandemic has given us more time than usual on our hands, and while some people like Dame Judi Dench are using this unprecedented event to learn something new, others are binge-watching some of their favorite shows.

Now, one Gossip Girl fan has spotted a hilarious wardrobe malfunction from Blake Lively in the show that no one seemed to notice at the time.

The clip is from season two episode four, and since it was posted to TikTok by @skyehanamaikai, it has been viewed over 1.1 million times and received over 7K comments at the time of writing.

In the episode, which originally aired in 2012, Lively's character Serena van der Woodsey can be seen wearing a coral Roland Mouret bodycon for a dinner scene with Penn Badgley.

At first, it looks like nothing untoward is going on in the wardrobe department - if anything, that's one enviable look - but seconds later, in a blink and you'll miss it scene, Lively can be seen wearing grey sweatpants under the dress.

However, according to E!, one TikTok user commented on the video, having claimed to have worked on the set and explained: "LOL, I worked on set, it's because she ripped her dress."

Meanwhile, other people in the comments section theorized that the actress was wearing the sweatpants because the scene was originally intended to be shot from the waist up only.

HBO is currently working on a Gossip Girl reboot, but as it stands, Lively is not involved in the show.

"It sort of all depends," Lively told Variety in April 2017 when asked about a potential comeback. "Would I do seven years of the show? No, because it's hard work and I've got my babies, and I don't want to be away from them that much. But I've just learned in life you never say never. I'm looking to do something that I haven't done yet, not something that I did. But would I do that? Who knows - if it was good, if it made sense. We had so much fun shooting and living and working in New York City."
