Every celebrity named multiple times in the Epstein files
The names of several celebrities and public figures who appear multiple times in the Epstein files have been revealed.
The disgraced financier was arrested in July 2019 on federal charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy to traffic minors. He pleaded not guilty.
Before the case went to trial, he died in a New York jail, and his death was ruled a suicide.
Seven years later, the US Department of Justice released a series of documents related to Epstein in multiple batches, and the records include references from flight logs, emails, and correspondence.
Major Political Figures Named In The Files
Several high-profile political figures appear repeatedly across the documents.
According to ABC News, former President Bill Clinton is mentioned more than 50 times in redacted court documents related to Epstein.
The New York Times found more than 5,300 files with references to President Donald Trump, his wife, and his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida.
Other political leaders mentioned include former UK prime ministers Tony Blair, who appears more than 22 times, David Cameron with around 19 references, Gordon Brown with roughly 16 mentions, and Reform UK leader Nigel Farage with 18 references, per Yahoo.
Royal Family Members
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is among the most frequently referenced individuals in some releases, with his name appearing a staggering 173 times in total.
Other royal figures include Queen Camilla and Sarah Ferguson, who appear nine times in correspondence, and the late Princess Diana, who is mentioned 14 times.
Music, Entertainment, and Cultural Figures
Several well-known figures from the worlds of entertainment, music, and culture also appear in the documents.
Sir Mick Jagger is mentioned around nine times, while Adele and Sir Elton John are each referenced eight times.
Sir David Beckham appears in several references as well, with roughly nine mentions.
Actor Colin Firth is named around 10 times, while Naomi Campbell appears around 10 times in some compilations.
Other prominent cultural and scientific figures include Richard Dawkins, who appears roughly 29 times, and the late Stephen Hawking, whose name appears 17 times.
Tech figures such as Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Peter Thiel also appear multiple times in emails, correspondence, and Department of Justice documents.
Celebrities Respond After Their Names Appear
Several celebrities have since spoken out after discovering their names were included in the files.
Speaking during a February 2026 episode of The View, Whoopi Goldberg said: “In the name of transparency, my name is in the files, yes! And what does it say? ‘Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco. John Lennon’s charity is paying for it.’"
"It should say Julian’s Charity. ‘They don’t want to charter, so they are looking for private owners. Here’s the info,’ and they give all the information, and they are saying do you want to offer your G2?”
Goldberg stressed she had no personal relationship with Epstein. “I wasn’t his girlfriend. I wasn’t his friend,” she said. “I’m speaking about me because I’m getting dragged."
She also said she never flew on Epstein’s plane because she is afraid of flying.
Model Naomi Campbell also addressed her name appearing in emails via her lawyer: "Prior to Epstein’s 2019 arrest in New York, my client knew nothing about his appalling criminal conduct.”
"If my client had ever encountered any young woman whom she thought was being victimized by Epstein, she would have personally taken immediate action to help her," they added.
Skateboarder Tony Hawk explained that a reference suggesting he had married on Epstein’s private island was incorrect.
“One of the guests in 2006 shot photos of the Fiji ceremony and licensed them to Getty Images,” Hawk said, cited by PEOPLE.
“His name is [coincidentally] Mark Epstein. An accomplished action sports photographer from Wyoming and of no relation to Jeffrey Epstein (who I never met and whose island I never visited). This is all easily verifiable information. Facts are not fungible," he added.
Comedian Jon Stewart also addressed his mention during a February 2026 episode of The Daily Show. “Of course, to get ahead of the story, I am also in the files. We all searched our names, right?” he joked.
Stewart explained that his name appeared in an email exchange in which Epstein suggested a potential television project.
"Jeffrey Epstein always had his finger on the pulse of what America was clamoring for in 2015!" Stewart said. "Excuse me? I am offended! Somebody like Jon Stewart, or Jon Stewart?! My point is, do I have the offer, or is this an audition?"
And lastly, Bill Gates responded after an unsent email written by Epstein alleged he had sexual relations with two "Russian girls" and contracted a sexually transmitted infection.
"I did have affairs, one with a Russian bridge player who met me at bridge events, and one with a Russian nuclear physicist who I met through business activities," he said during a town hall meeting on Tuesday (February 24), the Wall Street Journal reported.
He admitted flying on a private plane with the disgraced man and spending time with him in New York, Germany, France, and Washington, but said he never visited Epstein’s island.
"I did nothing illicit. I saw nothing illicit," Gates said.
"To be clear, I never spent any time with the victims, the women around him."
