Jackass star Steve-O has been left bloodied after a gruesome stunt with current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon "Bones" Jones.
Steve-O - real name Stephen Gilchrist Glover - has been training with Jones and the former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm at the Jackson Wink MMA Academy in New Mexico.
The 46-year-old star, who became a household name with his dangerous stunts in the hit MTV show Jackass, shared a video with his 4.9 million Instagram followers of him sparring with Jones.
The daredevil then wanted to feel what it was like to receive a cauliflower ear... what followed was not a pretty sight.
You can see the video below (Warning - This clip contains graphic images):

In the gross clip, Steve-O can be seen lying down with his ear resting over a piece of gym equipment. Jones then holds a hammer over him, while telling the viewers: "I'm getting ready to hurt Steve-O."
And judging by the results, he succeeded.
The cuts to a close-up shot of Steve-O's bloodied ear, that clearly has a huge chunk missing from it.
Jones then says: "Steve-O came to town, started talking s**t. You see how that turned out for him. I ripped half his ear off."
Referencing the infamous occasion boxer Mike Tyson bit a chunk out of opponent Evander Holyfield's ear during a fight in 1997, Jones joked: "You think Mike Tyson did something to Holyfield? Mike Tyson had nothing."
And in true Steve-O fashion, the clip ends with the Jackass star balancing a knife on his nose... as you do.

In an Instagram post on June 9, Steve-O revealed that he and Jones were working together on the C.A.R.E Project, which is helping to "rebuild businesses, plant trees, clean up graffiti" and more for the people on Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Despite the many dangerous stunts Steve-O has performed over the years, the star revealed in an interview on In Depth with Graham Bensinger last year the closest he has ever come to death. He said:
"The closest I've ever come to death, like actual death, I think was scuba diving. We were somewhere, I can't remember what part of the world maybe... I don't know, we were some part of the world.
"We were getting ready to scuba dive with sharks. I heard them say the sharks were at the bottom so I just go to the bottom... and I keep going to the bottom.
"I don't know if I was coming up or down but at one point someone grabs my fin and I don't know what's going on. When we get up they're screaming at me, 'You mother f***er, you almost died and I almost died trying to save you.'
"It was because I was doing it wrong. I was like, 'Dude, they said the sharks were at the bottom,' so yeah, it's f***ed up.
"And I continue to be able to scuba dive like I don't know if I'm in the system but yeah, I continue to be able to scuba dive and I should not."
Something tells me he hasn't learned his lesson...
