Jennifer Garner was seen offering the shoes off her own feet to a homeless man in Los Angeles over the weekend.

On Sunday (September 17), the 51-year-old actress was spotted in her car at the Santa Monica Beach parking lot when she began conversing with an unhoused individual in a wheelchair.

Once Garner noticed that the man was barefoot, she hopped out of her vehicle, crouched down in front of him, and began putting a pair of warm socks on his feet.

The 13 Going On 30 star then took her sneakers off and tried putting them on him, but they were too small. However, she generously offered the man food and some cash.

In the touching video, the casually dressed mother-of-three noticed the paparazzi photographer standing several feet away and decided to use it for good.

"What size feet do you have?", she asked the unnamed man repeatedly. "Can I buy your shoes for him? He needs a shoe."

The photographer asked what size the man needed, to which the Golden Globe winner replied: "10 and a half." He responded: "Oh, I’m 11! Want me to give it to him? I can give it to him."

After the pap refused payment and offered up his own shoes for free, he also gave her an extra change of clothes and a warm blanket to give to the homeless man.

The Elektra star - who shares daughters Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and son Samuel, 11, with her ex-husband Ben Affleck - always gives back to the local community.

In an interview with Southern Living that was published in November 2022, she spoke about how she has always wanted to help those less fortunate because of her upbringing.

She told the publication that she grew up in a rural area of West Virginia and revealed that she donates her time and effort because she witnessed the heartbreaking effects of poverty all around her.

"While I did not grow up poor, I was surrounded by it," Garner said. "And I always said I was a generation and a holler removed from rural poverty."

For that reason, the actress revealed that she strived to work with Save the Children - a global nonprofit committed to the health, education, and protection of children - because "they are definitely the leaders helping kids in rural America".

"I’ve worked with Save the Children for the last 14 years. And I hunted them down when I had been researching what organization had the most efficacy in rural America," she shared. "Because I grew up in West Virginia where I knew some kids that could really use a helping hand."
