It has long been known that Victoria Beckham has eaten the same meal every day for 25 years to keep her extremely trim shape, but she has now revealed her “non-negotiable” personal training sessions and the secret behind her freakishly youthful skin.
Her diet famously consists only of “healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing,” she once told Vogue.
The former Spice Girl added: “I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I'll detox from anything for three to six months, where I won't drink.”
On the week of her 52nd birthday, the former girl band star and fashion designer took to Instagram to share her rigorous workout routine.
Sadly, her birthday was another reminder of the ongoing feud with her now-estranged eldest child, Brooklyn, as he missed yet another family occasion.
She manages to squeeze in a couple of hours of exercise every day, waking up hours before the rest of her family to hit the gym.
Her day typically starts at 5:30AM, with half an hour on the Stairmaster before her personal trainer, Bobby Rich, and husband David arrive, and they train with weights together.
“Then I do about an hour with them. It sets me up for the day. It's that discipline, it's what I do, and I like routine,” she said in the 2025 Netflix documentary about her family.
Recently, she has been a fan of treadmill workouts, previously telling fans that she started the day with a 7km run with a “mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, and running”, while watching TV series to pass the time.
She reportedly began incorporating heavyweight lifting and strength training into her routine to build muscle and improve long-term health in 2023.
The mother-of-four‘s personal trainer, Bobby, told The Daily Mail: “She is with me in the gym five days a week – and even if she's travelling, there are no excuses as we move to online sessions. She is putting the work in”
Fashion and beauty mogul Victoria also has indulged in many skin-tightening aesthetic treatments to keep her looking decades younger.
A source cli Closer: “Vic's been having micro-current facials, contouring, cold therapy and a mix of micro needling and radio-frequency therapy.
“As well as undergoing a non-surgical facelift, which involves strategically placing fillers for natural skin rejuvenation without going under the knife.”
