Howard Stern has joined in on the claims that Rihanna lip-synced during her Super Bowl LVII halftime performance.

Sunday (February 13) night's Super Bowl saw some incredible results as the Kansas City Chiefs became NFL champions after claiming a thrilling 38-35 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

The man of the match was Patrick Mahomes as he showed why he is the NFL’s Most Valuable Player after shrugging off an ankle injury to lead his team to an exhilarating victory so they could achieve their second Super Bowl in four years.

But amongst all the football talk was the 34-year-old musician as she made her big return to the stage after seven long years, at the Super Bowl halftime show in Glendale, Arizona's State Farm Stadium.

After taking a break from the music scene to focus on her businesses, Rihanna performed a medley of her greatest hits such as 'B***h Better Have My Money', 'Where Have You Been', 'Only Girl In The World,' 'Rude Boy', 'Umbrella' and 'Diamonds'.

Fans instantly began speculating whether she was pregnant as she sported a monochromatic red jumpsuit that revealed her adorable baby bump.

She was also seen caressing her stomach a couple of times during her performance before her representative officially confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that she is expecting another baby with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky.

However, the overall reaction to her musical comeback hasn't been as positive as we thought it would be. Not only did some users on social media criticize the Barbados native for her lack of stage presence, but others were accusing her of lip-syncing.

Now, Howard Stern has weighed in on the conversation and told listeners of The Howard Stern Show on Sirius XM that he believes she mimed the words to her hit songs, as reported by the Daily Mail.

"You know, I don’t even know why she bothered showing up. I could be wrong, but in my opinion, 85 percent of that performance was lip sync," he said, as cited by the outlet.

"Well, the big giveaway might be when she puts the microphone down by her knees and her lips aren’t moving and the other voices are going," he continued before co-host Robin Quivers interjected that she "couldn't be sure" whether the 'Work' hitmaker sang the entire time.

"I had a theory, Rihanna was not lip-syncing, but she put the microphone near her vagina so the new baby could sing. The baby was singing backup," Stern added.

Nevertheless, the 'Wild Thoughts' superstar - whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty - has not released a solo album since her eighth record Anti, which came out in January 2016.

Her first solo song in the last seven years came in October when she released 'Lift Me Up' - a tribute song dedicated to the late actor Chadwick Boseman for the Marvel film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

The emotional track earned the 'Love On The Brain' songstress her first nomination for an Academy Award and a nomination at the Golden Globes.
