Rihanna's apparently censored hand gesture at the Super Bowl Halftime Show has sparked illuminati conspiracy theories on social media.

If you somehow missed it, the 34-year-old pop icon took the stage at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday (February 12) for her first performance in seven years.

After taking a break from the music scene to focus on her business ventures, Rihanna performed a medley of her greatest hits such as 'B***h Better Have My Money', 'Where Have You Been', 'Only Girl In The World,' 'Rude Boy', 'Umbrella' and 'Diamonds'.

The superstar's fans instantly began speculating whether she was pregnant as she wore a monochromatic red jumpsuit that revealed her adorable baby bump.

Rihanna apparently making the "Illuminati sign":

Rihanna was also seen caressing her stomach a couple of times during her performance before her representative officially confirmed that she is expecting another baby with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky.

While the star put on a stunning pregnancy-revealing performance, the overall reaction hasn't been as positive as we thought it would be.

Some people, including Howard Stern, have accused her of lip-syncing and now, they are accusing her of displaying a hand signal that indicates that she's worshipping the devil...

Toward the end of her performance, the Fenty Beauty founder thanked Arizona while making a triangle with her hands close to her forehead.

As the video of the performance surfaced, some people took to social media to claim that Rihanna is part of the Illuminati due to her gesture on stage.

One user wrote: "I was watching on youtube her performance again and i just realized they censored her illuminati sign on tv."

A second person added: "Normalising satanic rituals in public! World we live in."

Another said: "In plain sight…"

A third commented: "The fact that she wore red like sam smith was enough evidence."

Meanwhile, other users stated that she might have been making a diamond symbol in reference to her lyrics 'Shine Bright Like a Diamond' or Jay Z's Roc Nation record label - which she is signed to.

One person pointed out: "The last song she sang was diamond…she was making a diamond with her hands…come on now."

A second user added: "It’s almost like she’s signed with Roc Nation. People just want a conspiracy about everything."

Another penned: "Can we at least acknowledge that she’s signed to roc nation, Jay Z was there, AND this is literally roc nations half time show? Why wouldn’t she throw up the rock? Bffr lol."

The conspiracy theory follows the latest accusation that singer/rapper Doja Cat - whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini - joined the so-called organization at her birthday party last October.

A TikTok video showed a man speaking about how the party theme was inspired by Stanley Kubrick's film Eyes Wide Shut, which is about an 'elite society' supposedly similar to the Illuminati.

To raise even more major worries among conspiracy theorists, the filmmaker famously died just six days after showing the final cut of the film to Warner Bros.

In addition to the theme, the 27-year-old hitmaker's party also had a three-tiered birthday cake with the infamous 'All Seeing Eye' design on it and guests were all dressed in masks.

After seeing all the fuss regarding her on the social media platform, Doja took to her Twitter page to reveal that she is irritated with all the bizarre speculations.

The 'Say So' rapper wrote: "This Illuminati s*** is so funny to me I'm gonna keep doing deliberate weird a** s*** just to make those people uncomfortable. I've fr found a new outlet of joy."

Who knows? Maybe Rihanna will walk in Doja's footsteps by continuing to do "deliberate weird a** s***" to fuel the conspiracy theorists.
