Transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney has revealed the highly-anticipated results of her facial feminization surgery.

The 26-year-old content creator - who has amassed 10.4 million followers - underwent the procedure on December 16 and unveiled her new look on her social media platforms on January 27.

The cinematic video begins with a title card that reads "Dylan Mulvaney starring in 'The Face Reveal,'" and then a red velvet curtain opens and shows her doing a theatrical ballet dance to Tchaikovsky’s 'Swan Lake'.

Mulaney donned a light blue two-piece costume with a flower petal skirt, shiny silver boots, and elbow-length gloves. Her brunette hair is pulled back in a tight bun that draws attention to her stunning visuals during close-ups.

The clip then cut to the curtain call, where she was embodying her inner Audrey Hepburn as she wore a strapless black dress, pearl, and matching gloves with her hair up. She then blows kisses and waves to the camera before taking a bow.

Afterward, the video transitions to her behind the curtain and that's when she took a moment to address her loving supporters with a heartwarming message.

"You know I have a flare for the dramatics, but it's so good, right?" Mulvaney asks while pointing to her face. "I'm so happy. It's still me. It's just a little bit softer of a version."

"And, I just hope that all trans and non-binary people can get the gender-affirming resources that they need because this is life-changing and sometimes life-saving. Thank you so much for supporting me. We've got so much to catch up on. I love ya," she concluded.

As of this writing, the nearly two-minute video has been viewed 11.4 million times and has 2.2 million likes. It has also received a staggering 90.4K comments from users on the app.

Many people shared their delighted responses to the popular influencer's video, as one user wrote: "Did Audrey Hepburn and Natalie Portman have a baby?? STUNNING !!!"

The TikToker then took to her Instagram to share more beautiful pictures from the photoshoot and to thank everyone such as her doctor, video director, makeup artist, hairdresser, and wardrobe stylist for helping her make the extravagant reveal.

It was back in mid-December when the transgender activist revealed on her social media pages that she was going to undergo the procedure. At the time, she thanked her doctor and wrote: "Let the healing begin."

And then, on New Year's Day, Mulvaney shared a photo of her in the pool with her face still in bandages. She penned a special caption dedicated to her followers that read: "A friendly reminder as we start the New Year: Not all trans people desire affirming surgeries or hormones."

"They are still trans. But when we do, it’s a necessity and a win. Please show up for all trans people the way you’ve showed up for me," she added.
