A man who stormed the Capitol in January has been arrested after he bragged about rioting while having his teeth checked at the dentist.
Daniel Warmus, 37, was arrested by the FBI after an anonymous person heard him bragging about his exploits in the Capitol riot and showing off pictures and videos from the day in the dentist, Daily Mail reports.
Agents were able to confirm that Warmus was present at the riot by tracing images from his passport photographs to footage taken on the day.
According to the FBI criminal complaint, the witness said he bragged about smoking marijuana in the building and defying a police officer's orders to leave.
The witness added that they saw Warmus in footage of the riot wearing a "Trump 2020" hat and a jumper with the phrase "CNN is fake news".
As he made his way around the Capitol building, he did so while holding a tree branch that had a large, dark-colored flag attached which read: "F**K ANTIFA" in white letters.
The Capitol building in Washington was stormed on January 6 by supporters of Donald Trump who sought to overturn the result of the 2020 election.
The incident left five people dead and more than 140 injured.
Warmus has now been charged with unlawful entry, disrupting government business, and disorderly conduct at the Capitol.
The 37-year-old made his first court appearance about the incident on Tuesday, May 18.
Cell phone records, as well as footage of the riots, confirmed that Warmus was present, the FBI has revealed, adding that the witness who overheard him bragging at the dentist refused to provide additional information after making the initial complaint.
Additional business records revealed that he is a registered agent for Worm-a-Fix Automotive, in Lancaster, New York.
News of Warmus' arrest comes after Donald Trump's niece Mary said that he enjoyed "every second" of the riots.
Per The Huffington Post, Mary Trump stated:
"He enjoyed every second of it. He is a physical coward but he’s perfectly happy when other people commit violence on his behalf.
"Secondly, again, he really thought that that was a way to change the results of the legitimate election."

In the aftermath of the Capitol riots that took place on Wednesday last week, some in attendance have been arrested as the FBI seeks to identify those who took part in the chaotic scenes in DC.
Numerous people have been arrested and charged in the wake of the incident - including many whose images were widely circulated on social media as evidence of the chaos that was unfolding inside the Capitol.
This included a man who was widely photographed in a horned hat during the riots. Jacob Anthony Chansley, who is also known as Jake Angeli is known to be a prominent follower of the baseless conspiracy theory QAnon, the BBC reports.
Watch as Jimmy Kimmel tears into Trump supporters in this video:It was also reported that a man who was pictured carrying off Nancy Pelosi's lectern - in an image that was shared on social media countless times - had been arrested.
Florida authorities said that they had arrested 36-year-old Adam Johnson of Parrish, Florida and that he is now being held at Pinellas County Jail pending charges.
Johnson is believed to be the man who appears in a viral photograph taken during Wednesday's raid of the Capitol, where he is seen grinning and waving at the camera while holding the lectern in his right arm, per investigators.
However, before this information became clear, social media users became confused about the name of the man in question after Politico reporter Ryan Lizza posted an image of the rioter alongside the caption, "Via Getty, one of the rioters steals a podium from the Capitol."
A number of social media users, though, seemed to confuse "Via Getty" - an indication that the image had been shared from the library of visual media database Getty Images - as the name of the man in question.
"And now we know his name is Via Getty (wtf kind of name is that, anyway?) can’t someone just go to his house, arrest him on his return and bring Nancy back her podium?" One commenter wrote.
"Anyone else spend a few seconds trying to work out how they got his name so quickly and what an uncommon name ‘Via Getty’ is?" Another Twitter user added.
"The fact that so many people seem to have taken "Via Getty" as this guy's name (as opposed to the source of the image) is kinda funny... but the widespread ignorance it reveals is overwhelmingly frightening." Another commenter wrote.
"The best part about this tweet is people thinking the name of the guy in the picture is Via Getty" a fourth Twitter user added.
Lizza eventually clarified, "To be clear, “via Getty” is not a person. It just means that this photo comes via Getty Images."

A man who was photographed sitting in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office with his foot on her desk during the Capitol riots has been arrested, it is widely reported.
Per CNBC, Richard Barnett was apprehended in Arkansas and charged with "entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry, and theft of public property".
Photographs of Barnett sat in Speaker Pelosi's office with his foot up on her desk quickly went viral as a demonstration of the chaos that was unfolding inside the Capitol on Wednesday.
Barnett, 60, is said to have bragged to reporters about how he had broken into Pelosi's office.
“I wrote her a nasty note, put my feet up on her desk,” he said, per the New York Times. "When the police came in with pepper spray, I said, ‘I paid for this, it’s mine,’ and I left.”
According to the Times, Barnett also insisted that he had merely been knocking on the door when he was pushed through by a crowd of people. However, he seemed to know that this was a story not many would believe. “I’ll probably be telling them this is what happened all the way to the D.C. jail,” he said.
Police identified Mr Barnett after comparing images published by the media to a photograph of the 60-year-old obtained via law enforcement databases, according to an affidavit signed by Special Agent James Soltes of the U.S. Capitol Police.
It has previously been reported that a growing number of the Capitol rioters have been fired from their jobs after being identified online.
One man was fired from his job at a Maryland-based for participating after he was spotted wearing his employee ID badge in the midst of the violence.
Navistar Direct Marketing, the employer of the man in question claimed in a press statement that it had been made aware of the photos and had terminated his contract.
A spokesperson for the organization wrote:
"Navistar Direct Marketing was made aware that a man wearing a Navistar company badge was seen inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, during the security breach. After a review of the photographic evidence, the employee in question has been terminated for cause.
"While we support all employee’s right to peaceful, lawful exercise of free speech, any employee demonstrating dangerous conduct that endangers the health and safety of others will no longer have an employment opportunity with Navistar Direct Marketing."

A number of participants in the Capitol riots have turned on Donald Trump while awaiting trial on assault charges.
On Wednesday, January 6, a mob of pro-Trump protestors interrupted the ceremonial counting of the Electoral College votes affirming Joe Biden's victory in the 2020 US Presidential Election.
The violent riots ultimately left five people dead and forced politicians and journalists to flee Congress after the mob clashed with riot police.
According to Reuters, 20-year-old rioter Emanuel Jackson, who was filmed using a metal bat to strike police officers attempting to quell the civil disorder, is now blaming President Donald Trump for his being in the building in his legal defense.
Referencing the speech Trump made to his supporters outside the White House prior to the riots, Jackson’s lawyer, Brandi Harden, wrote in a recent court filing:
Trump addressed his upcoming impeachment trial over the incident in the following national address:"The nature and circumstances of this offense must be viewed through the lens of an event inspired by the President of the United States.
"[The Capitol siege] appears to have been spontaneous and sparked by the statements made during the ‘Stop the Steal’ rally."
Meanwhile, Jacob Chansley, the horned Capitol protestor "QAnon Shaman" has also employed a similar legal defense after turning himself in to the FBI. He is now claiming he is even willing to testify against Trump in his upcoming impeachment trial.
Chansley was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
According to Fox News, Chansley, also known as Jake Angeli, recently claimed he regretted "being in a position where he allowed that duping to put him in a position to make decisions he should not have made."
Per Fox, Chansley's lawyer, Albert Watkins, stated: "Let's roll the months of lies, and misrepresentations, and horrific innuendo and hyperbolic speech by our president designed to inflame, enrage, motivate."
A number of other rioters have since faced consequences for their actions. For instance, the man pictured carrying the Confederate flag in a number of images of the Capitol riots has been identified and arrested by investigators.
Per The New York Times, the flag-bearer in question has been identified as Kevin Seefried, who was arrested by the FBI along with his son Hunter on Thursday, January 15.
The Bureau, which had circulated images of Kevin in a bid to catch him, was able to positively ID both Seefrieds after Hunter apparently bragged to others about his part in the civil disturbance.
Seefried told Federal agents that he'd brought the flag with him to Washington from his home in Delaware.
He and Hunter have now been charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, as well as violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
36-year-old Adam Johnson, who was seen in pictures picking up and carrying House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s lectern, was also arrested and released on a $25,000 bond.
Johnson, who hails from Parrish, Florida, was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and with the theft of government property.

"Jacob Anthony Chansley, a.k.a. Jake Angeli, of Arizona, was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
"Chansley was taken into custody today. It is alleged that Chansley was identified as the man seen in media coverage who entered the Capitol building dressed in horns, a bearskin headdress, red, white and blue face paint, shirtless, and tan pants.
"This individual carried a spear, approximately 6 feet in length, with an American flag tied just below the blade."
Texas attorney Paul Davis was fired from his job at Goosehead Insurance after he was spotted in pictures taken inside the Capitol Building on January 6.
Soon thereafter, a Twitter account belonging to the company tweeted on Thursday, January 7: "Paul Davis, Associate General Counsel, is no longer employed by Goosehead."
Former Pennsylvania state representative Rick Saccone resigned his position of adjunct professor at Saint Vincent College, after posting several now-deleted pictures of himself attending the protest on Facebook.
Speaking to West Pennsylvanian news outlet The Tribune-Review, Saccone stated: "I've been there 21 years. I didn't want all this terrible media kerfuffle to tarnish the school. I decided it would be better if I just resigned."
Michael Hustava, Saint Vincent's Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, told CNN:
"As a result of that investigation, Dr. Saccone has submitted and we have accepted his letter of resignation, effective immediately. He will no longer be associated with Saint Vincent College in any capacity."
Per Reuters, Chicago realtor Libby Andrews was fired by @properties and removed from the real estate agency's website, despite her insistence that she never entered the Capitol Building.

Nicholas Ochs, the leader of the alt-right Proud Boys movement in Hawaii, has been arrested as a direct result of his involvement in the Capitol riots, after posting pictures of himself in the building on social media.
Per the Daily Mail, Och shared an image of himself with his 1,000+ followers on Twitter on Wednesday, January 6, which showed him participating in the storming of the Capitol building while smoking a cigarette with an accomplice.
The caption for the pic reads simply: "Hello from the Capital lol. [sic]"
The Mail reports that Ochs claimed to have taken part in the MAGA raid as a "professional journalist", and was arrested by the authorities on the evening of Thursday, January 7, after his plane landed at Honolulu's Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
The Justice Department later charged him with unlawful entry into restricted buildings or grounds.
In an interview with CNN on the subject of the raid, Ochs stated:
"We didn’t have to break in, I just walked in and filmed. There were thousands of people in there — they had no control of the situation. I didn’t get stopped or questioned."
As reported by the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Ochs unsuccessfully ran as a Republican for the state House District 22 seat, representing Waikiki in 2020. He was defeated by Democrat Adrian Tam by a 68% to 32% margin.
After a mob of pro-Trump protestors interrupted the ceremonial counting of the Electoral College votes and affirmation of President-Elect Joe Biden's victory in the 2020 US Presidential Election, a number of the rioters have since been identified.
