Britney Spears has called out her younger sister Jamie Lynn in an explicit rant shared on her social media accounts this week.
The 39-year-old pop idol took to her Instagram account on Saturday, July 17, to share an image with her 31.7 million followers on the platform.
Her picture was a simple image macro that reads: "Take me as I am, or kiss my *ss, eat s***, and step on Legos."

In a lengthy caption, the star touched on the trolls who criticized her dancing videos, the restrictions imposed upon her by her controversial conservatorship, and took umbrage with her sister Jamie Lynn's prior conduct, stating:
"I don't like that my sister showed up at an awards show and performed MY SONGS to remixes !!!!! My so-called support system hurt me deeply!!!! This conservatorship killed my dreams.
"So all I have is hope and hope is the only thing in this world that is very hard to kill ... yet people still try!!! [sic]"
Britney did not specify which performance of Jamie Lynn's she apparently objected to - but her younger sister did perform a tribute to the chart-topper at the Radio Disney Music Awards in 2017.

Elsewhere in the post, she began using expletives:
"And for women who say it's weird the way I still have hope for fairy tales ... go f*** yourself.
"I'm gonna go read a mother f***ing fairy tale now !!!! Psss if you don’t want to see my precious *ss dancing in my living room or it’s not up to your standards ... go read a f***ing book. [sic]"
Some fans believe Britney indirectly alluded negatively to her 30-year-old sister in a previous Instagram post made the day before, in which she criticized a lack of support from those closest to her.
In it, the 'Toxic' songstress wrote: "There’s nothing worse than when the people closest to you who never showed up for you post things in regard to your situation whatever it may be and speak righteously for support.
"How dare the people you love the most say anything at all … did they even put a hand out to even lift me up at the TIME !!!??? How dare you make it public that NOW you CARE … did you put your hand out when I was drowning ???? [sic]"

She added: "Please stop with the righteous approach when you’re so far from righteous it’s not even funny …. and have a good day !!!!! [sic]"
The musician has also opened up about her contentious relationship with her father, and criticized his perceived excessive drinking amid her ongoing legal battles with him to regain control of her estate.
