An influencer who shared a photo of herself sitting on her stepfather's lap has been blasted online, with some of her followers going so far as to label the post as "uncomfortable" and "triggering".
Brielle Biermann, who is 23-years-old, is the daughter of Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, and boasts over 1.3 million followers on Instagram.
Her mother, Kim, who is 42-years-old, married Kroy Biermann back in 2011, and the NFL player adopted Brielle and her sister Ariana two years later.

Trolls, however, were quick to point out the fact that she was sitting on Biermann's lap.
"Why you sitting on your momma husband lap?" asked one Instagram user, while another added, "That’s a little uncomfortable she is an adult sitting on her stepfathers lap [sic]."
"This image is triggering to people. You can delete this comment. But it's been posted to reddit - your favorite hateit site [sic]," wrote another.
Others rushed to Brielle's defence, writing: "The comments of her sitting on her Dad’s lap is disturbing and to say have they hooked up, like what is wrong with you people. He’s such an amazing example of what it’s like to take care of and love children like his own. The episode where he adopts you girls had me in tears. Such an amazing bond and beautiful family. Laugh at your haters baby girl [sic]."
Brielle has since responded to the backlash, saying that it had been a funny moment during Biermann's birthday celebrations.
"Honestly bc I had no where else to sit we were making jokes the whole time about him being Santa it was comedy [sic]," she wrote in response to one comment.
