After months of anticipation, Khloe Kardashian has finally revealed her baby boy's name - and everyone has the same thoughts about it...
Reality TV's first family has made their return to the big screen for season three of their popular Hulu show The Kardashians.
The trailer for the series hints at the famous sisters getting candid about the beauty standards they're upholding - especially as their celebrity status has influenced viral fashion and beauty trends in the past.
So far, the first episode has been released, with the rest of the season set to come out on Hulu and Disney+ every Thursday.
While fans are expected to see a growing feud between Kourtney, 44, and Kim, 42, over the latter's unprecedented collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana, one revelation during the first episode has got the internet talking.
Nine months ago, Khloe Kardashian welcomed her second child, a son, via surrogacy. At the time, this was documented on season two of the show, with the 38-year-old being filmed rushing to the hospital as her surrogate went into labor.
And while the impending birth of any child is usually one of the more exciting times in a parent's life, Khloe was dealing with immense stress behind the scenes, after news broke that her partner Tristan Thompson had fathered a child with another woman behind Khloe's back... Something he had apparently hoped she would never find out. This marked the third time the NBA player had allegedly been unfaithful to Khloe.
Even more shocking was the fact that Tristan had kept the secret from Khloe even as the pair embarked on their surrogacy journey, with the mother-of-two revealing that, in hindsight, Tristan attempted to speed up the process probably because he wanted the embryo to be transferred before she found out he'd cheated on her again.
"I'm not sure that there is one thing that hurts more than the other. Everything is an act of betrayal, everything is a lie, everything is manipulation. It's deceit," the Good American founder said during an episode of The Kardashians, per Buzzfeed. "Did Tristan have every opportunity to tell me? Yes. Was Tristan going to tell me if there wasn't a baby involved? Absolutely not, and that shows a lot about his character. The entire thing is despicable."
During the first episode of this latest season, Khloe casually dropped her son's name after almost a year of keeping it to herself - telling the cameras that she'd decided on Tatum as his name. He joins older sister True Thompson, five.
Following the discussion on her new son, Khloe candidly spoke about the surrogacy process during her confessional, stating: "I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby, and I take the baby, and then I go to another room and you're sorta separated. It's such a transactional experience."
She adds: "I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. It doesn't mean it's bad or good - it's still great, it's just very different."
Netizens took to Twitter to comment on how "normal" the name Tatum is, with one person writing: "Khloe naming the baby Tatum is so anticlimactic and normal lol."
Someone else added: "i frankly feel kind of betrayed by khloe for giving her baby a normal name. i was never on board with tristan jr. like everyone else but like… you're not kourtney, do something interesting [sic]."
"So she wanted to wait that long to share the name Tatum.." another tweet read.
"Khloe's named her son Tatum. It's the most normal name within all the kids," a further user chimed in.
The first episode of The Kardashians is available to watch now on Hulu and Disney+.

Khloe Kardashian has caused quite a stir on social media after revealing her baby boy's name...
Back in July 2022, the 38-year-old reality TV star and her former partner, Tristan Thompson, welcomed their second child via surrogacy.
However, the mother-of-two didn't reveal her son's first name until two months ago, during the first episode of the hit Hulu and Disney+ show, The Kardashians.
During the latest season, Kardashian casually dropped his name, telling viewers that she'd decided on Tatum as he joined older sister True Thompson, five.
Following the name revelation, Kardashian candidly spoke about how she struggled to "connect" with her surrogate-born son, stating: "I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby, and I take the baby, and then I go to another room and you're sorta separated. It's such a transactional experience."
"I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. It doesn't mean it's bad or good - it's still great, it's just very different," she added.
Normally celebrities give their children unusual names, however, when Kardashian announced that her son is called Tatum, many users took to Twitter to comment on how "normal" it is.
One person wrote: "Khloe naming the baby Tatum is so anticlimactic and normal lol."
Someone else said: " frankly feel kind of betrayed by Khloe for giving her baby a normal name. I was never on board with Tristan Jr. like everyone else but like… you're not Kourtney, do something interesting [sic]."
"So she wanted to wait that long to share the name Tatum.," a third user remarked, while a further user commented: "Khloe's named her son Tatum. It's the most normal name within all the kids."
According to TMZ, the Good American founder's son with the 32-year-old NBA star's initial last name was Kardashian before the couple changed it to Thompson. PEOPLE claimed that the newborn was listed as "Baby" on the birth certificate until the couple came up with Tatum.
As per California law, new parents can choose whether they'd like their child to have the father's last name, the mother's last name, or a combination of both. However, whatever they decide is permanent, which means that a court order would be needed to alter a last name, as cited by the outlet.
Although no specific explanations were given for the name swap, TMZ reports that it most likely had to do with the fact that the parents had been anticipating their baby boy when news broke that the NBA player had secretly fathered another baby with a woman named Maralee Nichols. This marked the third time he had allegedly been unfaithful to Kardashian.
Further reports stated that Thompson had kept secrets from his ex-girlfriend while they ventured on their surrogacy journey, with Kardashian revealing that he tried to speed up the process because he wanted the embryo to be transferred before she found out he'd cheated on her again.

While the Kardashian family are known for their assets and breaking the internet, in recent months they have turned their attention to something else entirely: procreation.
Kim Kardashian welcomed her third child, Chicago, via surrogate back in January, Kylie Jenner gave birth to her first child Stormi Webster a month later, and in April, Khloé Kardashian welcomed a baby girl in the midst of all the cheating allegations surrounding her beau and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
While Khloé didn't hide the entirety of her pregnancy á la her sister Kylie, the reality television star did wait five months before sharing the news on Instagram. "My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby," Khloé captioned the post.

"I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient," she continued. "I still at times can't believe that our love created life! Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you've been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love!"
"Thank you to everyone for the love and positive vibes! I know we've been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us. Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it's the best bundle of feelings I've ever felt in my life."
Now, the 34-year-old has revealed why she held off announcing that she was expecting True.
On a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloé was filmed speaking about the right time to tell the world that she was pregnant. "I am really anxious to announce my pregnancy, but Kylie‘s three months ahead of me and I want to give her her own time to shine and let her do her thing," she said.

"But Kylie keeps going back and forth on whether she will announce. Waiting is so frustrating because my body is changing and people are super invasive and just not being respectful."
Eventually, Kim told Kylie that she was holding up Khloé's announcement, and Kylie responded by saying that she wasn't going to do a pregnancy reveal at all.
Kylie then called Khloé and told her, "I don’t think I’m ever going to announce that I'm pregnant. I just don’t want to be in the spotlight, I just want to be low-key."
"You should go ahead," Kylie told her sister. "You don’t have to wait for me, you should announce — it’s exciting for you too."
Now, that's what you call sisterhood.

Khloe Kardashian has reportedly changed her baby boy's surname to match his father Tristan Thompson.
Back in July 2022, the 38-year-old reality TV star and her 32-year-old former partner welcomed their second child, a boy named Tatum, via surrogacy.
The mother-of-two didn't reveal her son's first name until last month, during the first episode of the hit Hulu and Disney+ show, The Kardashians.
During the latest season, Kardashian casually dropped his name, telling viewers that she'd decided on Tatum as he joined older sister True Thompson, five. However, it has now been revealed that Thompson wasn’t his initial last name.
According to TMZ, sources said that the 10-month-old's surname was originally legally registered as Kardashian, and PEOPLE claimed that the newborn was listed as "Baby" on the birth certificate until the couple came up with Tatum.
Per California law, new parents can choose whether they'd like their child to have the father's last name, the mother's last name, or a combination of both.
Further reports stated that Thompson had kept secrets from his ex-girlfriend while they ventured on their surrogacy journey, with the Good American founder revealing that he tried to speed up the process because he wanted the embryo to be transferred before she found out he'd cheated on her again.
"I'm not sure that there is one thing that hurts more than the other. Everything is an act of betrayal, everything is a lie, everything is manipulation. It's deceit," she said during an episode of The Kardashians, per Buzzfeed.
"Did Tristan have every opportunity to tell me? Yes. Was Tristan going to tell me if there wasn't a baby involved? Absolutely not, and that shows a lot about his character. The entire thing is despicable," she added.
Nichols later gave birth to the Basketball player's son, Theo, and later claimed that Thompson was "single and co-parenting" when she first met him at a party, per The Mirror.
The name-change news comes after Kardashian opened up about her struggle to "connect" with Tatum during the latest episode of the reality TV show.
The businesswoman spoke about her journey with surrogacy to her sister Kim - whose third and fourth children, Chicago and Psalm, were born via surrogacy - as well as Kourtney's ex-partner Scott Disick.
Disick - who shares children Mason, Penelope, and Reign with Kourtney - flat-out asked the mom-of-two whether she feels "less connected" to Tatum than she did when she welcomed her daughter, True, naturally in 2018. She nodded and replied: "Mmhmm.
"I definitely buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy. I didn't digest what was happening. So I think when I went to the hospital, I really think that was the first time that it really registered [...] It has nothing to do with the baby. It's just, you're like, 'OK, we're having a baby! And this is my son and I'm taking him home with me,'" she said.
Kardashian also admitted that she felt guilty after the surrogate gave birth to her son, adding: "I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby, and I take the baby, and then I go to another room and you're sorta separated. It's such a transactional experience."
She later said in her confessional: "I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. It doesn't mean it's bad or good - it's still great, it's just very different."

Khloe Kardashian has been through a lot this year. She gave birth to her very first child in the middle of April, her sweet baby girl True, but it was at the same time that she learned her boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, had been cheating on her.
Reports came out in the same week that Khloe was due to give birth, and sure enough, she went into labour just days after footage emerged of the basketball player fooling around with other girls.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BhWevfUhk0r/?taken-by=khloekardashian]]
It was heartbreaking for most of us to learn that Khloe presumably found out the same way everyone else did: via the tell-tale CCTV footage that was circulated by TMZ. But during the excitement of the week surrounding True's birth, Khloe chose not to speak about the infidelity rumours and focussed on making sure everything was fine for the baby.
Almost half a year on, she still hasn't said much about the incident. She's vaguely acknowledged that he cheated, but maintained that the two of them were sticking together for the benefit of the baby. Khloe's been responding to fans on Twitter saying they're trying to work it out, and was even spotted kissing Tristan on Snapchat a little while back.
And now finally - emphasis on the finally - we're going to get some more insight into how that fateful week transpired. In a new trailer that dropped for the second half of the latest Keeping Up With The Kardashians season, a few clips allude to the fact that much of it was caught on camera.
The whole sequence begins with Scott Disick telling Kendall Jenner: "nobody in this family can ever catch a break". This cuts to a dramatic clip of Kim Kardashian on the phone, looking stressed as she says: "They have another video of him." This, I guess, is in reference to the CCTV footage that was obtained by the Daily Mail and TMZ.
Kim, who was very vocal about her distaste for Tristan after the videos of him kissing other girls came out, can be seen fuming in the clips talking about ~someone~ saying: "Unfollowed, I hate him, sorry not sorry." She unfollowed Tristan on Instagram after appearing on Ellen and calling his behaviour "f**ked up".

The shots of Khloe include a picture of her looking exhausted, lying down with a sombre expression. Another clip includes a voiceover from Khloe while she gets a sonogram, who ominously says "The things I can control, I have to be able to control them."
And Kris reacts like any mother would, saying: "These guys are always going for sloppy seconds," potentially in reference to the accusations that Scott cheated on Kourtney Kardashian at one point in time.
The trailer also includes scenes of Khloe going into labour, her sisters being told the news for the first time, and the actual birth. It's really all quite dramatic, and worth a watch for yourself:

I guess it's a bit problematic that this kind of personal drama was being recorded the whole time, but hey, that's what the family signed up for with their show.
Who else is eager to see exactly how the drama unfolded?

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's second baby has arrived.
People confirmed yesterday evening that the pair have welcomed a baby boy via surrogacy.
The 30-year-old reality star and 31-year-old NBA player already share a daughter together; four-year-old True. Now, they have welcomed another addition to their family - several months after they split in January after news emerged that Thompson had fathered another child with model Maralee Nichols.
Per People, Kardashian has not yet picked out a name for her new baby boy.
Last month, a representative announced that the pair would be having another child together. "We can confirm True will have a sibling," they said in a statement.
"Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family," it added.
Thompson and Kardashian have been in a rocky, on-off relationship since 2016. The two have reportedly only been communicating to co-parent True ever since Thompson became embroiled in a paternity scandal.
In December 2021, news broke that the NBA star had fathered a child with fitness model Nichols. The baby was conceived in March 2021, when he was technically still in a relationship with Kardashian.
After Nichols gave birth to the little boy - named Theo Thompson - Thompson publically denied that the child was his. It was only a month later in January that he finally admitted to being the father in a statement which he also used to apologize to Khloé for his behavior.
"You don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years," the Chicago Bulls player wrote.
Meanwhile, Thompson's infidelity was not the only roadblock the exes faced when it came to welcoming their second child. During the March 2021 premiere episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian's final season, Kardashian opened up about her fertility struggles, revealing that doctors had warned her against carrying another baby.
"I'm not gonna get into specifics on-camera," she said in the episode, "but they said it's like an 80-something percent chance that I will miscarry. I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn't know that was like a lingering thing."
