A seat filler that was tasked with sitting next to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez at the 2023 Grammy Awards has shared details about their experience.
On Sunday (February 5) night, the newlywed couple went viral on social media after a few awkward clips of them at the 65th installment of the awards ceremony circulated.
One hot talking point from the event was the 50-year-old actor's grief-stricken facial expressions throughout the show, especially during Stevie Wonder and Chris Stapleton's dazzling performance.
And in another segment, host Trevor Noah was pretending to be on the phone with his mom and the famous duo could be seen to the side of him allegedly caught up in a heated argument before recovering into their natural composure after realizing they were on camera.
Check out the viral moments below:In the wake of all the drama surrounding the stars, the 'Jenny from the Block' songstress took to her Instagram to put the rumors to rest by giving her husband a little shoutout. However, many of her 234 million followers were not convinced by the display of affection.
In her heartwarming video that was captioned "Always the best time with my love, my husband #Grammys...," the 'I'm Real' musician posted a series of moments from the big night including photos of her and her beau posing for professional snapshots.
While a lot of people assumed her sweet post that was dedicated to the Gone Girl actor was damage control, a seat filler that was sat right next to the couple has revealed the real reason behind the pair's viral bickering.
Watch the seat filler's TikTok below:The woman - who goes by the handle @almostannna on TikTok - shared that 'Bennifer' were "super lovey dove-y" throughout the show and "their hands were always intertwined".
"Like, I don't know how to describe it but they just were, so it wasn't like, 'oh my god this is going to lead to divorce,' they were cute," she continued.
She then disclosed a hilarious moment between the couple when they got up to leave the prestigious musical event early and said Affleck "took the skirt" of JLo's dress, and "lifted it up too much".
"J.Lo was like, 'Honey!' and it was really silly," the seat filler added - possibly putting all the speculation to rest with her first-hand account.
As of the time of writing, the clip has garnered 1.7 million views and 95.1K likes on the video-sharing app, with many users weighing in on the woman's experience with sitting next to Lopez and Affleck at the Grammys.
One user wrote: "This makes me happy. People need to leave them alone."

Despite this little mistake, it seems as though the couple has been relishing their honeymoon phase after tying the knot in Las Vegas last July.
In the Hustlers actress' newsletter, On The Jlo, she revealed they had a beautiful yet intimate ceremony and wrote: "When love is real, the only thing that matters in marriage is one another and the promise we make to love, care, understand, be patient, loving, and good to one another."
She also beautifully penned: "We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient," before singing off the newsletter with "Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck".
