Last month, Hayek posted a throwback video to her dancing in a bra during a scene in the 2004 movie After The Sunset. She captioned the video, "Once upon a time... when I was skinny. Érase una vez ... cuando era flaca #TBT".

Her comments section blew up with messages of protest and support, and even After The Sunset co-star Pierce Brosnan reassured the actress that she's still a beautiful woman, writing: "Yer still a slip of lass".

But it would seem Hayek's body confidence woes were short-lived, as the star recently shared a racy snap of her backside in a see-through dress with her 12.7 million Instagram followers.

Hayek captioned the image: "Black Friday", and the picture literally just shows her shapely behind in a sheer black dress with lacy panels.

Once again, the actress' comments section erupted, as many fans praised the star for oozing such body confidence. "I want to be this confident in and fearless one day!" raved a commenter. "And just like that the internet is broken," wrote another. "I’d be REAL thankful for that," typed another.

Even Hollywood legend Samual L. Jackson - Salma's co-star and on-screen husband from The Hitman's Bodyguard - couldn't just scroll past without leaving a comment. Jackson joked: "You must be launching a new lotion line!!!! Stop It!!!!"
