Timothée Chalamet turned heads at the Venice Film Festival yesterday.
The 26-year-old heartthrob donned a daring look to celebrate the premiere of his latest movie, Bones And All, on Friday (September 2).
French-American actor Chalamet is known for his exciting red-carpet looks and often forgoes the traditional black tux for bright colors and bold designs.
Friday's premiere was no different, as the Call Me By Your Name star stepped out in a striking backless two-piece to greet fans and pose alongside co-stars.
The look featured tailed high-waisted red trousers and a cowl-neck top in the same glittering shade. He paired it with black leather boots and designer sunglasses.
Chalamet's co-star Taylor Russell also wowed onlookers with her ensemble. The 28-year-old Waves star wore a floor-length emerald green dress and white opera gloves for the premiere.
Bones And All stars Chalamet as a disenfranchised drifter who falls in love with a teenage cannibal (Russell). The coming-of-age horror flick sees the two young lovers go on the run on a gruesome cross-country road trip.
Chalamet reunited with Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino for the movie, which is due to hit cinemas on November 23 and features appearances from the likes of Mark Rylance, Chloë Sevigny, David Gordon Green, and Francesca Scorsese.
Held annually, the Venice Film Festival often plays host to an exciting lineup of hotly anticipated movies. This year is no different; among the projects that will premiere at the two-week-long event are the divisive Marilyn Monroe biopic Blonde starring Ana De Armas and Darren Aronofsky's moving drama The Whale, which stars Brendan Fraser as a recluse struggling with obesity.
Olivia Wilde's much-talked-about movie Don't Worry Darling - which stars pop prince Harry Styles and MCU actor Florence Pugh - will also be screened at the film festival.
