A dad has marked Christmas in a unique way by poking candy canes through piercing holes he has in his face.
Dad-of-one Remy - who is the manager of a tattoo studio - is clearly no stranger to needles, as the majority of his body has been blacked out with ink. In fact, according to The Daily Star, he's spent over 1,300 hours getting inked. Not only that, but he's also a piercing lover too, having multiple stretchers in his ears and nose.
The Canadian dad gave his 200,000-strong following on Instagram something to look at when he managed to fit a bunch of candy canes through holes in his ear lobes and septum. Taking to the social media app, Remy posted a short clip of himself sliding a chunky candy cane through his septum.
Sporting a black Santa hat and tank top to match his black ink, the artist captioned the clip: "The biggest candy cane yet! I had to take this up a level this year. This one measured at an astonishing 23.5 mm. I had to lube it up, not to fit it through my septum, but in order to pass it through my nostrils, which were pretty maxed out. Merry Christmas folks!"
Some people took to the comments section to joke about the quirky act, with one person writing: "When you didn't smell the pepper mint the first time and you need to go in for a closer sniff!"

Aside from his piercings, Remy has previously spoken about his tattoo art, telling The Daily Star that he has spent upwards of $105,000 on his body art. He's also added that his extreme look has caused people to question him as a parent to his 13-year-old.
