Britney Spears has received an outpouring of support after sharing a topless photo amid her ongoing conservatorship battle.
The 39-year-old pop star is currently involved in a high-profile legal battle as she fights to have her father, Jamie Spears, removed from her conservatorship, which was put in place back in 2008 over concerns about Spears' mental health, BBC News reports.
Earlier this month, the 'Born To Make You Happy' singer was finally able to choose her own representation, former federal prosecutor Mathew Rosengart, and told the court via phone link: "I'm here to get rid of my dad and charge him with conservatorship abuse. This conservatorship has allowed [him] to ruin my life."
Last week, a source told People that the singer was "ecstatic and beyond grateful for all the help she is receiving right now", and was said to be "very happy" with once again being allowed to drive again.
And Britney's newfound adulation is certainly coming across through her social media accounts. As well as sharing videos of herself cartwheeling (above) and dancing, the singer has recently posted a couple of topless posts that have been widely commended by her fans and other celebs.
The first pic was captioned simply with a plant emoji, but has already amassed over 2.7 million likes in one day.
And among the 86,000+ comments was fellows 2000s star Paris Hilton, who commented her trademark catchphrase: "That's hot".
Writer and media personality Jackie Schimmel also commented her support, writing: "BREAK THE INTERNET BRITNEY!!!"
On Britney's second sultry post, one supporter typed: "She’s feeling FREE and we love to see it!!"
Spears has recently used her Instagram account to communicate her feelings about the ongoing conservatorship battle.
In one Instagram post she wrote: "I think we all know that I will never be able to let go and fully move on until I’ve said all I needed to say … and I’m not even close !!!! I was told to stay quiet about things for so long and I finally feel like I’m just getting here".
This chart-topper has also revealed that she won't perform publically until her father is no longer in control of her shows.
The singer wrote: "For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos ... look I'm not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think! [sic]"
