There's a theory circulating about a woman standing behind Donald Trump in the Oval Office, while he looked to be dozing off once again.
Questions have been raised about President Donald Trump's health and wellbeing, as he has fallen asleep several times in front of the press.
But this week, chatter online has surrounded a woman who users believed was secretly 'zapping' the president awake every time he appeared to nod off.
Now known as 'The Zapper', the theory states that she had a hidden button on her stomach, and when Trump dozed off, she pressed it to wake him up.
During an Oval Office ceremony on August 10, Trump signed an executive order on childhood vaccines and while NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya was mid-speech, the President could be seen closing his eyes.
But the woman behind him, Jayme Franklin, had a hand on her stomach, and when her hand appeared to tighten, Trump opened his eyes and sat upright.
The clips have garnered millions of views, and many are saying the same thing about the bizarre situation.
Firstly, Tim Brannigan posted a breakdown on X written like an official intelligence report: "Claims she has a button fitted on her belly, and when she gets the nod that he's asleep she moves her hand and presses a button that wakes him."
One user suggested that she may actually be a robot, writing: "She is an alien or a robot," as another agreed: "She is pressing something around her belly. May be the alarm for him," with a laughing emoji.
A third joked: "The way she's just standing there like a human defibrillator for the leader of the free world."
Obviously, all of this is in jest because why would the Trump administration make it look that blantant?
"She has the most important job in the room and nobody even knows it," a different user wrote.
She's been described by others as an 'AI robot' and a 'cyborg' because of how still she stood during the speech, barely moving, just nodding at regular intervals.
"This woman is a cyborg. Stock your bunker. You've been warned," someone jokingly warned.
She is Jayme Leagh Franklin - the 27-year-old is the founder and CEO of The Conservateur, a conservative media and lifestyle brand she started while studying at UC Berkeley.
Unfortunately for conspiracy theoriests, she isn't an aide whose job it is to wake the 80-year-old Trump up when he dozes off on official government business.
She is also a former Trump 2020 campaign staffer who served as director of correspondence in the White House during his first term.
Additionally, she's worked in the US Senate and at Fox News.
She responded to the original viral post about 'The Zapper' theory, and gave users a five-word answer.
"I'm just pregnant you weirdos."
She is currently expecting her second child, not hiding some secret buzzer.
The hand on her stomach was the hand of a pregnant woman resting on her stomach while standing for an extended period of time in a room full of cameras and senior government officials.
In a different post, she said she was 'honored' to have been at the White House and praised the vaccine executive order, explaining that 'parents deserve the freedom to make informed decisions' about their children's health.
