Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' 14-year-old daughter has made her return to social media just under two months after her dad passed away.
On December 13, 2022, it was announced that professional dancer and DJ for The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Stephen Boss, had died by suicide aged 40 after his body was discovered at a hotel in Los Angeles.
As per TMZ, law enforcement officials told the outlet that Boss had taken an Uber from his home to a hotel less than a mile away that morning, switching his phone to airplane mode so no one could reach him.
At the time, his wife, Allison Holker, rushed to the police station when she noticed that her husband hadn't been in contact, which she described as very "unusual" of him especially since the couple hadn't been experiencing any "arguments or issues" at home.
Meanwhile, employees at the hotel were forced to enter Boss' room after he failed to check out the following morning. Upon entering, they discovered his belongings still in the room before finding his body in the bathroom and immediately called emergency services.
According to a separate release by TMZ at the time, Boss allegedly left a note before his death, which "ambiguously" alluded to the professional dancer's "past challenges," but the outlet went on to add that it was "unclear exactly what he was referring to."
Since then, there has been limited activity by Boss's family on social media, - which is to be expected - as they grieved the loss of their father figure.
However, 14-year-old Weslie Boss made a return to TikTok yesterday, posting a subtle but heartfelt tribute to her late dad.
Taking to the video-sharing platform, the teen shared a clip of herself, zooming into her phone case where two polaroid shots of her and Boss were tucked in alongside the caption: "i miss u."
Since it was posted, it has been viewed over 225,600 times and has collected thousands of kind comments from fans.
"I love you babygirl, always and forever," commented her mother.
"He’s looking over you love, i know it’s hard i hope it gets better," another TikTok user commented.
"Your so beautiful mamas sorry about your dad sending condolences n prayers," added another.
"I’m so sorry for your loss. He’s watching down on you. He had soul an amazing soul," commented this person.
"Sending you so so much love. You are so beautiful."
This user emphasized that the teen's dad brought "so much joy" writing: "It must be so hard. Your dad brought so much joy. Hang in there."
Others were happy to see Weslie back again, as one added: "Glad to see you well & posting."
As per the Daily Mail, the 14-year-old, who Boss' widow Holker had in 2008 with an unnamed ex-fiancé, was adopted by Boss after they tied the knot in 2013.
The news comes just two days after the 14-year-old's mom dedicated a post to fans to thank them for their support.
In the video, which was posted to both TikTok and Instagram, Holker said: "I just want to say thank you for all the love and support that you guys have sent to me and my family at this time.
"It has been very challenging and emotional, but you guys have brought so much hope and inspiration to us by sharing stories and memories and moments and different ways that Stephen impacted your life."
She continued: "He lived his life from love, and he made you feel a certain way. My family and I have always said that we wanted to make sure that our purpose was looked at by bringing joy to people.
"Joy to people’s homes, you know, from dance or love. And that’s not gonna change for us. It’s going to feel a little bit different, but we know that that’s our purpose and we’ll still do that to this day."
The 35-year-old then went on to say that she would repay the favor to fans who were supportive during her time of need, emphasizing that everyone should choose kindness over anything else.

Boss, who was best known for his role as house DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and for professional dancing career, passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age 40.
The star's body was discovered at a hotel.
As per reports at the time, law enforcement officials revealed that Boss had taken an Uber from his home to a hotel less than a mile away that morning, switching his phone to airplane mode so no one could reach him.
His wife, Allison Holker, rushed to the police station when she noticed that her husband hadn't been in contact, which she described as very "unusual" of him especially since the couple hadn't been experiencing any "arguments or issues" at home.
Meanwhile, employees at the hotel were forced to enter Boss' room after he failed to check out the following morning. Upon entering, they discovered his belongings still in the room before finding his body in the bathroom and immediately called emergency services.
According to information released by TMZ, Boss allegedly left a note before his death, which "ambiguously" alluded to the professional dancer's "past challenges," but the outlet went on to add that it was "unclear exactly what he was referring to."
Now, just three months later, Holker has taken to Instagram to send a message to her children.
In an emotional post on the platform, the 35-year-old spoke of her dedication to the wellbeing of each of them.
"My loves we are stronger than you could ever imagine. And we will stand strong together as a unit, and find the courage to hold each other up." the post started. "I will be here for you every step of the way through the highs and lows, the ups and the downs.
"I will protect and I will guide, I will be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, I will have mom jokes ready for when you need a good laugh.
"The love and light inside our hearts will still shine. I love you forever and always," she concluded before signing off with "Mommy."
Alongside the heartfelt caption was a beautiful photo of the little family, including Holker sitting with six-year-old son Maddox on her lap. Next to her sits her 14-year-old daughter, Weslie, who is holding her three-year-old sister, Zaia, in her arms.
Thousands of comments poured in under the post, including kind messages from other celebrity figures.
"I think about you all every day," commented former talk-show host and long-term friend of the family, Ellen DeGeneres.
American actress Chrishell Stause wrote: "You are so incredible. Hope you feel your family wrapped in love from all over the world."
And comedian and television host, Chelsea Handler described Holker as a "shining light."
Back in December, Holker confirmed the news of her husband's death to PEOPLE, emphasizing that the family was devastated over the loss of Boss.
"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us," she said. "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."
"To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt," she continued. "I am certain there won't be a day that goes by that we won't honor his memory."

An autopsy and police report has revealed new details regarding Stephen 'tWitch' Boss's heartbreaking death.
On December 13, 2022, it was announced that Boss - who was best known for his role as house DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show - had tragically passed away at the age of 40.
The professional dancer's body was discovered at a hotel after having taken his own life. According to reports at the time, police officials revealed that Boss had taken an Uber from his home to a hotel less than a mile away that morning, switching his phone to airplane mode so no one could reach him.
His 35-year-old wife, Allison Holker, rushed to the police station when she noticed that her husband hadn't been in contact, which she described as very "unusual" of him especially since the couple hadn't been experiencing any "arguments or issues" at home.
Later on, employees at the hotel were forced to enter Boss's room after he failed to check out the following morning. Upon entering, they discovered his belongings still in the room before finding his body in the bathroom and immediately called 911.
The TV star's cause of death was ruled as suicide by a coroner. In a separate statement to People, county officials confirmed that the dancer died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a motel in the Encino area of Los Angeles.
According to further information released by TMZ, Boss allegedly left a note before his death, which "ambiguously" hinted at his "past challenges," but the outlet went on to add that it was "unclear exactly what he was referring to".
Five months after his death, it has been determined through a postmortem examination obtained by The New York Post that the former So You Think You Can Dance contestant had no drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his passing.
In addition to this, the document revealed that Holker told officers that "to her knowledge, [Boss] does not have a history of suicide attempts or suicidal ideation," and that Boss did "not have any mental health problems, does not have any financial issues or marital problems".
Boss started DJing on the Ellen Show in 2014 and was made an executive producer on the show in 2020 - remaining there until the show's cancellation in 2022.
He first found fame in 2008 on So You Think You Can Dance, before appearing in several shows and films, including starring as Jason in Step Up, and later Magic Mike XXL.
In March, his widow took to Instagram to pen a heartbreaking message to the couple's three children. She spoke of her dedication to the well-being of each of them.
"My loves we are stronger than you could ever imagine. And we will stand strong together as a unit, and find the courage to hold each other up," she captioned the picture of her three-year-old girl Zaia, six-year-old son Maddox, and 14-year-old daughter, Weslie.
"I will be here for you every step of the way through the highs and lows, the ups and the downs," she continued. "I will protect and I will guide, I will be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, I will have mom jokes ready for when you need a good laugh. The love and light inside our hearts will still shine. I love you forever and always. Mommy."

Fans have been left devastated by the death of Stephen "tWitch: Boss, who was best known for being the DJ on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
On December 14, TMZ reported that Boss had died at the age of 40, with his wife Allison Holker paying tribute to her husband of nine years.
The outlet shared that Holker reportedly ran into an LAPD station on December 13 amid concerns for his welfare after seeing that Boss had left home without his car - which was unlike him.
Afterward, it was reported that authorities were called to a Los Angeles hotel where the TV star was found dead, with reports claiming he's believed to have died by suicide, although, no official cause of death has been confirmed by officials at this time.
Here, we look back at his greatest moments on screen in his memory.
Boss started DJing on Ellen DeGeneres's talk show in 2014 and was elevated and made an executive producer on the show in 2020, remaining until the show ended in 2022.
He first stepped into the spotlight back in 2008, when he stunned audiences with his dance skills on So You Think You Can Dance. He then appeared in several shows before starring as Jason in Step Up, and later Magic Mike XXL.
Boss had many incredible highlights in his career - including back in 2010 when he appeared in Stomp The Yard: Homecoming. During the movie, he had an iconic dance battle between Chance Harris (Collins Pennie) and Taz. Watch the epic showdown below:
Another star moment was in episode one of "tWitch, Please… Help Me Dance" - a series on The Ellen Show - when he made a high school senior Isaiah Southall's dream come true by surprising him with a choreographed routine to perform at his prom.
A third epic moment we love is when he played Jason in Step Up 3D, Step Up Revolution, and Step Up: All In. As usual, the talented dancer killed every routine and can be seen dancing beside Ryan Guzman in this clip from Step Up Revolution.
Fans were also moved by the heartwarming moment Boss planned a lovely surprise for his wife and proposed to her while filming a Microsoft commercial.
And lastly, we have to reminisce on his time on the Ellen Show. In one episode, DeGeneres sweetly expressed that she is "so grateful" to Boss and is "so glad" that he is part of the family.
The moment got even more endearing when he was asked by the host about his all-time favorite moment with her, and he said: "I have to say my favorite on the show, and it's a little selfish, but, it's the first time that we met.
"The first time we rehearsed for the dance we did on So You Think You Can Dance. And, the reason it's so significant is because you hear of the myth and you see Ellen, but, until you get to actually be in a room and experience the love that you actually believe and put out there. It's life-changing," he sweetly added.
Boss's 34-year-old wife confirmed his passing in an emotional statement shared by People. She wrote: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us."
"Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends, and community above all else, and leading with love and the light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband, and father, and an inspiration to his fans," she continued.
"To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt," she said. "I am certain there won't be a day that goes by that we won't honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children."
Closing her statement, Allison shared a message for her husband, writing: "Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you."
Our thoughts are with Boss's family, friends, and fans at this time.
