Over 113 million people tuned into last weekend's Super Bowl LVII game featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, with an additional five million more watching Rihanna's halftime show.

Fans of the singer took to social media to voice their praise for the performance, with the 34-year-old revealing her second pregnancy on stage, much to social media's excitement.

After taking a break from the music scene to focus on her businesses, Rihanna performed a medley of her greatest hits such as 'B***h Better Have My Money', 'Where Have You Been', 'Rude Boy', and 'Diamonds'.

WWE star Bill Goldberg, however, was not among those praising the performance. The 56-year-old Oklahoma native recently voiced his opinions about the show on an episode of his CarCast podcast this week, totally ripping into the whole affair.

"I thought Rihanna was frickin' horrible," Goldberg said, via Fox News. "I was disgusted by it. That's all. Let's just say that. I thought it was horrible." He then went on to praise Christ Stapleton's national anthem performance from earlier in the evening, saying that he liked it because he "didn't grab his crotch every 15 seconds" or "make it about himself."

His opinion mirrored those of several others, including former US President (and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York extra) Donald Trump, who took to his own Twitter-esque social media platform, Truth Social, to slam Rihanna's performance as an "epic fail."

Though, many other stars were more than supportive of Rihanna, like pro wrestler MVP, who took to Twitter to comment: "I've noticed that a lot of the people that find Rihanna offensive or are 'disgusted' by her performance at the [Super Bowl] are not at all bothered by a presidential candidate bragging about "grabbing women by the [...] or a first lady posting nude. Interesting…"

Some viewers watching at home also criticised parts of the performance, including those who spotted a strange detail in the dance routine as Rihanna belted out 'Rude Boy'.

As the camera moved onto the stage and through her epic dancers, the 'Only Girl In The World' singer rubbed her hand across her crotch before gyrating several times. She then raised her hand to her face and pretended to give it a sniff.

One user wrote: "Did Rihanna just scratch her crotch then smell her fingers?"

Another said: "Rihanna just touched her crotch and smelled it during the #SuperBowl halftime show and my conservative mother in law just about buckled in front of the tv."
