The biggest celebrity wedding of the 21st century is upon us, and it's said to take place at Madison Square Garden (MSG) this weekend.
Taylor Swift is set to tie the knot with NFL star Travis Kelce after three years of being together, at one of the most iconic venues in the country.
A lot has been leaked about reported details of the wedding, including NDAs for guests, and how celebrations may last for several days over the weekend.
It's widely believed that the more intimate ceremony will be held on Friday (July 3), with close friends and family, while celebrations with the 1000-or-so guests are set to take place later on in the weekend.
Details of the wedding have been widely kept under wraps, as it was even reported that the pair watermarked invites so they would know if anyone leaked information to the media.
It was also recently confirmed that Swift wouldn't change her stage name, though she would go by Taylor Kelce legally following the wedding.
On the eve of Mrs Travis Kelce's big day, names on the guest list have reportedly been made public, with some recognizable A-listers making the cut.
Kelce's brother Jason and his wife Kylie will be in attendance, while it is expected that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany will also attend the wedding.
Swift's music producer Jack Antonoff and his Hollywood star wife Margaret Qualley are set to be on the list, while the likes of Sabrina Carpenter and Lana Del Rey are expected to be there.
Selena Gomez is expected to attend, after Swift was a bridesmaid at her wedding to Benny Blanco in 2025, while the Haim sisters are also expected to attend, as they were spotted sitting with Swift at the NBA Finals.
Talk show host Graham Norton is also rumored to have been invited after Swift verbally invited him when she appeared on his show last year.
But what about stars from across the pond attending Swift's big day?
Ed Sheeran
The pair have been friends for years, having collaborated on numerous songs over the years.
Despite Sheeran only finding out about their engagement on Instagram as he didn't own a phone, it looks like he'll be there for his bestie's wedding.
Swift joked that getting in contact with the 'Shape of You' singer requires an email to set up a FaceTime, and wait time so he can find an iPad to call with.
Previously speaking on Hits Radio Breakfast Show, Swift all but confirmed Sheeran's invitation after host Fleur East asked if he would be performing at her wedding.
The '22' singer replied: "It would be hard to keep him from it, I think! That’s the thing, he’s like, 'I’m always being asked to sing at weddings.' It’s like, 'Ed, if there is a stage, you know you’ll be on it.' He knows what people want, and he wants to give people what they want."
Sophie Turner
It's been reported that Swift and Turner formed a close friendship in late 2023 after Swift offered the Game of Thrones actress her New York City apartment to her and her two daughters following the actress' divorce from Joe Jonas.
Jonas also happened to be one of Swift's ex-boyfriends, but this hasn't stopped Turner from gushing over the artist's songs over the years, even publicly praising a song written about her then-husband.
Turner and Swift were seen having girls' nights out in New York during the couple's split, while also being spotted at Kansas City Chiefs games years later, according to TODAY.
Like Sabrina Carpenter, Suki Waterhouse opened for Swift during her Wembley Stadium show at the Eras Tour in 2024.
They were close for years though, as Swift once said that Waterhouse was "the wildest person I know who I would also trust to keep any secret."
Waterhouse also told Variety that she would be going to Swift's wedding, admitting that there's "nothing scarier than the actual planning part, right?"
She added in her May 2026 feature: "I’m gonna go to Taylor’s wedding, and maybe I’ll get some inspiration. It will be amazing."
Cara Delevingne
Model and actress Cara Delevingne has a close relationship with Swift, which spans over the past 12/13 years.
After modelling in the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the pair formed a friendship, with the Brit even appearing in the star-filled Bad Blood music video in 2015.
Delevingne also claimed that she lived with Swift after a hard break-up at one point - since then, the duo have been seen together at events, often to support each other.
Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa may be fresh off her own wedding to Callum Turner in June, but it's been rumored that the New Rules artist has been invited to Swift's wedding.
The artist was recently pictured in New York, further sparking rumors about her attendance.

Travis Kelce’s friend has revealed a strict rule that the NFL star and his wife Taylor Swift have ahead of their upcoming mega-weddings.
The Kansas City Chiefs star is set to marry Swift, one of the world’s biggest and most popular musicians, in a huge ceremony in the relatively near future, and speculation has turned to the venue, the guest list, and the events of the day itself.
According to reports, the wedding of the year will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York, fit for around 1,000 guests.
The guest list is expected to include people such as Selena Gomez and her new husband, Benny Blanco, Cara Delevingne, Swift’s famous friend Ed Sheeran and even her famous ex Robert Pattinson.
Also on the guest list is NFL star George Kittle, and he is the one who revealed one very specific rule that the couple have put in place ahead of the big day.
The San Francisco 49ers tight end, who will attend the wedding with his wife Claire, said that the happy couple have specifically said that no guests are to bring gifts.
When he was pressed on what he’d be bringing, Kittle said: “They said absolutely no gifts.”
It makes sense when you think about it - what do you buy the couple that already has everything?
However, Kittle is still going to bring something along for his fellow football star.
He added: “But I was thinking Travis, for some reason, likes old coins so I might get him one of those.”
Then, when pressed for a message for the couple ahead of their nuptials, he said: “Just have so much fun with all your friends.”
The truth is, we aren’t quite sure yet - but we have some ideas.
It is expected that the pair will marry at Madison Square Gardens over the Fourth of July weekend, and a statement from the mayor’s office in New York said that a permit was filed in early June asking for road closures from July 2 to July 4 around the venue.
It has also been reported that many of Kelce’s Chiefs teammates had booked hotels in the nearby area for that same period.
It seems as if there might be a number of events planned, with some rumors suggesting that there will be a smaller event on July 2, followed by a massive party on July 3, with rumored music performances as well.
There have also been suggestions that this venue could all be a decoy, and that Swift may actually be having her big wedding elsewhere, but this would be a lot of effort for that.
Taylor Swift podcaster Nicki Vleisides told BBC News: "MSG is where music and sports come together at the most famous venue in the world,
"The more I've thought about it, it kind of seems like the perfect choice for both Taylor and Travis and their respective industries."
His podcast co-host Andie Furber added: "No drones or paparazzi can get in or out, and Taylor, Travis and guests can enter underground from blocks away with no chance of getting photographed.”

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are set to tie the knot in a massive ceremony at a colossal venue in the next week or so, but some big names have been left off the invite list.
The ultimate celebrity couple's wedding will be the talk of the town when it takes place, with attention already being brought to the guest list and even the rules.
One wedding guest has already shared that the A-list couple does not want gifts from guests, but there's still a lot more that isn't known by the public before the wedding takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York, fit for around 1,000 guests.
Names such as Selena Gomez and husband Benny Blanco, as well as Cara Delevingne and Ed Sheeran have been floated around as rumored star-studded guests at the event.
Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski, a friend of Swift's, was also said to have been invited, though when asked about it, he said: “They’re getting married? Wow, I should really send some flowers or some kind of a congratulation.”
But what about those who weren't invited?
It has only been reported by publications so far, but it is believed that a number of big names will miss out on one of the celebrity weddings of the decade.
Here are the six names that are rumored to have made the no-invite list.
Page Six reports that the actress has not been invited to her former bestie's wedding, just two years on from their antics at the Super Bowl together.
The outlet added: “There hasn’t been an olive branch when it comes to their friendship,” an insider said.
“And Taylor hasn’t extended a wedding invitation to Blake.”
The Taylor Swift superfan has been left off the guest list, as she was asked if she was invited by ET.
“No, of course not. Me? No. She’d be smart not to invite me, honestly,” she admitted.
Glaser went on: “I look forward to the grainy helicopter pictures that I see of it eventually, but that’s all I should get.”
Swift was known to be good friends with Miles and Keleigh Teller in the past, but it looks like they have been overlooked for her wedding.
Page Six has claimed that they did not make the guest list, with the reasoning unclear.
According to TMZ sources, the friends had grown apart "due to differences in their lifestyles," but the explanation behind this is being kept under wraps.
Maisie Peters, 25, is a singer who served as the opening act for Swift's Eras Tour in August 2024 at Wembley Stadium in London.
The artist, known for the 2017 tune Place We Were Made, revealed that she was not invited to the wedding during an appearance on the Zach Sang Show.
When asked about the wedding, she revealed: “I’ve not received a sourdough loaf or a wedding invite, I think that’s OK.”
The Swiftie admitted in December that he was also snubbed, telling People: “No, I didn’t get an invite to the wedding. I ain’t expect one. You know what I’m saying? The whole nine.
"But they know they got my blessings and if she invites me, you dig? All right. I’m going. King Swiftie going to be at the wedding.”
He may have been handed an invitation since then, but this has not been confirmed.

Taylor Swift has reportedly upset some of her famous friends after one detail on her wedding invitations left guests less than thrilled.
Rumors surrounding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding are hitting fever pitch, with fresh claims suggesting the billionaire pop superstar and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end could tie the knot within weeks.
But while speculation around the power couple’s big day is exploding online, almost every major detail remains tightly under wraps. From the wedding date to the location to the celebrity guest list, insiders say very little has actually been confirmed.
One rumor making the rounds claims save-the-date notes were sent out for a lavish New York City celebration on July 3. However, some people within Swift’s orbit insist the couple are deliberately fueling confusion and having fun with the nonstop attention, possibly to throw paparazzi and fans off the scent.
The singer is preparing to marry Kelce later this year, with plans for the ceremony being kept tightly under wraps to avoid leaks before the big day. But according to a pal close to Swift, some Hollywood guests were caught off guard when invitations recently landed in their mailboxes.
The issue reportedly centers around Swift’s decision to limit plus-ones for many attendees, a move that has already caused frustration among some invitees.
According to the source, several celebrities invited to the wedding were not given the option to bring a guest with them.
“I know Selena Gomez is bringing her husband Benny Blanco, so she has a plus-one, but I am not allowed to have a plus-one because I am a single woman,” the guest told the Daily Mail.
“I get it, the venue can probably allow for only so many people, but it’s not the best feeling.”
The insider claimed the decision has become a hot topic among invitees, especially given the long-running social media debate around wedding etiquette and whether guests should automatically receive a plus-one.
The guest admitted the situation had even made them question attending the wedding at all.
“It’s the wedding of the year, but I may sit this one out because I am shy,” the guest said of the upcoming event, which will reportedly take place at a location only revealed to attendees on the morning of the ceremony.
Swift and Kelce are said to be going to major lengths to keep the wedding location private until the last possible moment.
“I get that too, she doesn’t want everyone knowing where she is getting married until the last minute for security reasons,” the insider said.
“Now it is one big guessing game, everyone is wondering where it will be. Probably a massive hotel like the Waldorf Astoria that has amazing security and access,” they added.
Despite the backlash, the source insisted they still support the singer and understand why such tight security measures are being put in place.
The pal reportedly said they “love” Swift, want “the best” for her and “get it”, while also not wanting to sound like a “major complainer”.
Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end first began dating in August 2023 after Kelce attended her Eras Tour concert in Kansas City. The pair announced their engagement last year.
At the same time, Swift is also dealing with legal trouble connected to the title of her latest album, per The Hollywood Reporter.
Maren Wade, a former America’s Got Talent contestant and Las Vegas Weekly columnist behind Confessions of a Showgirl, filed a federal lawsuit on March 30, accusing Swift and affiliated companies of trademark infringement.
According to the complaint, Wade alleges Swift and Universal Music Group infringed on her long-running brand Confessions of a Showgirl, citing “trademark infringement, false designation and unfair competition”.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s tightly guarded wedding plans are already causing drama in Hollywood, with reports claiming some famous guests are furious over one controversial detail on their invitations.
Celebrity weddings have become massive global events, drawing huge attention from fans, media outlets, and brands alike. From extravagant venues and designer outfits to exclusive guest lists and viral social media moments, these ceremonies often generate headlines for weeks.
High-profile couples such as Kim Kardashian and Prince Harry turn their weddings into cultural moments that audiences eagerly follow in real time. The public fascination comes from a mix of glamour, romance, and curiosity about the private lives of famous people, making celebrity weddings feel less like personal ceremonies and more like worldwide entertainment spectacles.
Billionaire pop superstar Taylor Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce are expected to tie the knot later this year, but nearly every aspect of the ceremony remains secret. From the location to the date to the celebrity guest list, insiders say Swift and Kelce are determined to keep everything locked down until the very last minute.
Now, fresh reports suggest the couple’s strict wedding rules have upset several A-list invitees after some guests allegedly discovered they were not allowed to bring a plus-one.
Frustration is apparently growing among some attendees after invitations were sent out without plus-one options for certain guests.
“I know Selena Gomez is bringing her husband Benny Blanco, so she has a plus-one, but I am not allowed to have a plus-one because I am a single woman,” one guest reportedly told the Daily Mail.
“I get it, the venue can probably allow for only so many people, but it’s not the best feeling.”
The insider claimed the decision quickly became a major talking point among Swift’s famous circle, especially because wedding etiquette debates around plus-ones regularly explode online.
“It’s the wedding of the year, but I may sit this one out because I am shy,” the guest added.
The source also revealed attendees reportedly will not learn the wedding location until the morning of the ceremony itself, as Swift and Kelce try to avoid leaks and paparazzi chaos.
“I get that too, she doesn’t want everyone knowing where she is getting married until the last minute for security reasons,” the insider said.
“Now it is one big guessing game, everyone is wondering where it will be. Probably a massive hotel like the Waldorf Astoria that has amazing security and access.”
Questions are also swirling around which members of Swift’s famous inner circle will actually make the guest list.
According to Page Six, longtime friend Zoë Kravitz is expected to attend despite reports their relationship has recently been “bumpy.” However, Blake Lively’s invitation status appears far less certain following the fallout connected to the It Ends With Us legal battle involving Justin Baldoni.
One insider claimed Lively is “not believed to be on the list at present,” before adding: “I think there’s a far greater chance of it now that the case is settled.”
The source also said: “As evidenced by [her appearance at] the Met Gala, Blake is ready to be back out there … she will be there with bells on if she is invited. But that’s a huge if.”
Meanwhile, another source claimed Swift wants the wedding to follow the same ultra-private model as close friend Ed Sheeran’s secret 2018 ceremony.
“To this day no one knows exactly who attended Ed Sheeran’s wedding, and that’s the model for this one,” the insider said. “Total secrecy.”
Swift and Kelce reportedly want complete privacy for the ceremony, with insiders claiming any outdoor venue would become “a zoo” because of drones and helicopters.
While rumors suggested save-the-date cards had been sent for a July 3 event in New York City, one source dismissed the speculation entirely.
“That’s not when that wedding is happening. Trust me,” the insider said.
Despite the secrecy and reported frustration surrounding the guest list, sources say some names are guaranteed to attend, including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Selena Gomez, Ashley Avignone and Ed Sheeran.
Kelce’s side of the guest list may prove the biggest challenge, however.
“NFL weddings are massive,” one insider explained. “Very often these guys feel honor-bound to invite their entire team, and the WAGS of the team, and the coaching staff, and it just blows up really really quickly.”

As rumors and excitement surrounding the wedding of the year set to take place at Madison Square Garden this weekend come close to a climax, fans speculate over whether Taylor Swift has dropped "Easter egg" hints about the ceremony.
Fans believe details about the super-secret event are being drip-fed just days after the singer announced that she will soon be called Mrs Taylor Kelce.
The star-studded event with a 1000-person guest list, which includes Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, and more, is being compared to the Met Gala in terms of scale and secrecy.
Superfan Swifties have been keeping close tabs on the 'Ophelia' singer’s every move, public appearance and outfit, and have become convinced that she is dropping clues related to the big day.
The first supposed clue suggests that the rumors that the couple’s official nuptials took place on June 13 at her Rhode Island home, as 13 is her well-documented lucky number, and her birthday is on December 13.
Among other connections to the traditionally unlucky number, her song 'The Lucky One' is track 13 on her album Red. It features a 13-second intro, and she says the word "lucky" exactly 13 times in the song.
Although it has now been almost officially confirmed by a slip-up from New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani in a press conference, fans believe Madison Square Garden was always planned as the venue, as it holds sentimental value for Swift and her footballer husband Travis Kelce, as they have both played there twice.
A third potential clue came when Swift attended a Knicks game at the arena just a couple of weeks ago, wearing a personalized T-shirt reading "Stevie Knicks."
This one could be true, as an industry insider said Stevie Knicks and Tim McGraw are set to perform at the ceremony on Friday.
Fans believe that the date of the wedding is significant because, while the wedding itself won't fall on the fourth of July, it is set to take place the Friday before; the proximity to Independence Day represents the couple’s all-American romance.
The final clue is, of course, what she will be wearing. At the Toy Story Five premiere a few weeks ago, the pop star was spotted in a structured, corseted Erdem mini-dress, which is not typical of her usual style, hinting that the British fashion house could be designing her dress.
She also sported a bold yellow Dior bag, which could suggest that the French fashion house has created her look, or that she will pair a simple dress with out-there accessories.
Although Swift has previously said many times that she does not use so-called “Easter eggs” to drop clues and create a trail about her private life, fans are convinced that given the secrecy shrouding her wedding, it will be the one time she does.
